摘要: A damper structure for a gear device, which includes a first gear mounted to turn with respect to a shaft in a circumferential direction, a second gear mounted on the shaft to rotate integrally, a stopper rubber mounted on the second gear to face the first gear, and a pressing protrusion at the first gear to face the second gear. The stopper rubber is configured to be elastically deformed by pressing the pressing protrusion in a circumferential direction of the second gear during rotation of the first gear and be restored to the initial shape by separating the pressing protrusion during stop of the first gear. A recess for accumulating lubricating oil in the first gear is formed to face the stopper rubber.

摘要: A heat shield structure includes an engine body having an exhaust manifold at its side portion, a fuel pump arranged above the engine body, and an engine cover. The engine cover includes a covering portion and a heat shield portion. The covering portion covers the fuel pump and the engine body from above. The heat shield portion protrudes downward from the covering portion. The heat shield portion partitions a space above the engine body and a space above the exhaust manifold from each other. The engine cover has an air guide passage between the engine body and the covering portion, the air guide passage extending from a front side of a vehicle toward the fuel pump.

摘要: A heat insulator fastening structure includes: a heat insulator which is configured so as to cover an exhaust manifold; and fasteners which are configured so as to fasten the heat insulator to an object to which the heat insulator is to be fastened, the heat insulator being fastened so as to be displaceable in a predetermined range. The heat insulator has: a single first region which is configured so as to vibrate in the same phase; and a single second region which is different from the first region and which is configured so as to vibrate in the same phase. At least one of the fasteners fastens the first region to the object to which the heat insulator is to be fastened. At least another one of the fasteners fastens the second region to the object to which the heat insulator is to be fastened.

摘要: A device includes two fuel injection systems and a pulsation damper. Each system includes fuel injection valves and first and second delivery pipes. While fuel is pumped to the two fuel injection systems with a common fuel pump, the device intermittently drives the fuel injection valves to open, thereby supplying the fuel within the delivery pipes from the fuel injection valves. The paths through which the fuel passes include a first passageway, which has the first delivery pipe and a communication path, and a second passageway which has a branch path and the second delivery pipe. An opposing portion opposite to the opening of a placement channel in the first delivery pipe includes the opening of the branch path in the first delivery pipe. This enables one pulsation damper to precisely suppress fuel pressure pulsations occurring in the two delivery pipes.
