    摘要: A power tool has an internal combustion engine with a cylinder. An injection valve supplies fuel to the internal combustion engine. A fuel pump conveys fuel from a fuel tank to the injection valve. A fan wheel is provided that is driven by the internal combustion engine. The cylinder is arranged in a first cooling zone of the power tool and the fan wheel conveys cooling air through the first cooling zone. The fuel pump is arranged in a second cooling zone of the power tool. Between the first cooling zone and the second cooling zone a buffer zone is arranged. The buffer zone is separated by at least one first partition from the first cooling zone and by at least one second petition from the second cooling zone.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to improve cooling efficiency of a cylinder head of an air-cooled engine. With regard to the construction that a cooling fan is provided at one of ends of a crankshaft, and cooling air from the cooling fan is guided to a cylinder head 4 so as to cool the cylinder head 4, an intake manifold 8 is arranged above the cooling fan, a duct 51 is provided at the lateral center of the intake manifold 8 so as to suck air from an air cleaner, cooling air is sent from both sides of the duct 51 to an intake valve, an exhaust valve and an injection nozzle arranged in the cylinder head 4, and a shielding plate 55 is provided at one of lateral sides of the duct 51.

    摘要: The invention relates to a pressurized ignition system for an engine. The service life of the igniter for the engine and high altitude operation of the engine are substantially reduced due to arc-over between the terminal of the igniter and the metallic shell of the igniter or the nearest ground. The service life of the igniter and associated components are affected by the hot, contaminated environment in which they operate. The present pressurized ignition system includes a chamber around at least a portion of the igniter and the chamber pressurized to a value of, for example, about two atmospheres for suppressing arc-over. The chamber is pressurized by an air compressor drivingly connected to the engine with the air cooled by an engine aftercooler. Pressurizing the chamber prevents contaminates from entering or collecting in the chamber and affecting operation of the system. A bleed passage controllably bleeds a portion of the pressurized air from the chamber to cause circulation of cooled air around the igniter and associated components for extended service life.

The engine cover has an air guide passage between the engine body and the covering portion, the air guide passage extending from a front side of a vehicle toward the fuel pump.

In the technical solution of the invention, cooling air flows through the outer surface of the combustion chamber wall from different directions to sufficiently decrease the temperature of the combustion chamber, so that the cylinder head has excellent cooling efficiency, and the power of the gasoline engine is increased.
