摘要： There is provided a conveyor apparatus free of pulsing motion in circulating chains to provide a comfortable ride quality on steps. A conveyor apparatus 1 includes a step guide rail 3, a plurality of steps 5, a step chain 4, and a chain driving mechanism 10 for driving the step chain 4. The chain driving mechanism 10 includes a rotating and driving unit 11, a driving sprocket 12 which is rotated by a driving force given by the rotating and driving unit 11, and circulating chain 13 for giving a thrust to the step chain 4. The circulating chain 13 has chain links 13a and hinges 13b to be connected to the adjacent chain links 13a. The chain link 13a includes a placing surface 13c on which the step roller 4b is placed, and pressing surfaces 13d and 13d that are in contact with step rollers 4b.

摘要： An elevator door unit includes cage doors, a cage door lock unit, hall doors, and a lock release unit. The cage doors are provided in a cage which moves in a shaft. The cage door lock unit limits and locks the opening width of the cage doors to the width not to permit passing of passengers. The hall doors are provided in a landing hall, and opened interlocking with the cage doors, when the cage stops in a range of facing to the cage doors. The lock release unit releases the cage door lock unit within the opening width by opening the cage doors by manual operation, when the cage stops in a range that the cage doors face to the hall doors.

摘要： A conveyor apparatus is provided that is free of a pulsing motion in the circulating chains so as to provide a comfortable ride quality on its steps. The conveyor apparatus includes a step guide rail, a plurality of steps, a step chain, and a chain driving mechanism for driving the step chain. The chain driving mechanism includes a rotating and driving unit, a driving sprocket which is rotated by a driving force given by the rotating and driving unit, and a circulating chain for giving a thrust to the step chain. 摘要： A car door apparatus of an elevator includes a pair of door panels, a door drive device, and a door-opening mechanism. The pair of door panels open and close a doorway of the car of the elevator. The door drive device drives the door panels to open and close the doorway using electric power. When the car is stopped in an emergency in which a power source for driving the elevator is shut off, the door-opening mechanism starts up the door drive device using a secondary battery to move the door panels in the opening direction by a predetermined distance respectively to make a predetermined clearance between the door panels.

摘要： The main body of a rotary electrical machine is accommodated in a frame (1). A circulatory device (5) is provided that is rotated by a rotor (3) of said rotary electrical machine, in which there is accommodated cooling liquid (7) that cools at least the main body of the rotary electrical machine. The circulatory device (5) circulates said cooling liquid (7) to outside of the frame (1) by pump action. The cooling liquid (7) is accumulated by a reserve tank before being circulated within the frame (1). After the heated cooling liquid (7) is cooled in the reserve tank, this accumulated cooling liquid (7) is then caused to flow back into the frame (1) by the pressure difference.
