The invention provides a composition useful to prepare high titer influenza viruses, e.g., in the absence of helper virus, which includes internal genes from an influenza virus vaccine strain or isolate, e.g., one that is safe in humans, for instance, one that does not result in significant disease, and genes from vaccine seed virus isolates which include a HA gene segment with a HA2 sequence encoding a HA2 that confers enhanced growth in cells in culture, such as Vero cells.

A miniature surface-mount electronic component which can ensure sufficient impact resistance and vibration resistance especially in an application to a severe use environment such as a vehicle-mounted coil, by putting some contrivance into a method for fixing a coil in a molding process and a method for holding a core and terminals. A miniature surface-mount electronic component including a bar-shaped core 2 on which a winding wire 3 is wound, and metal plates 5, with an outer casing 7 made of an insulating resin molded, includes flanges 2b substantially quadrangular in section at both ends of the bar-shaped core 2, and vertical grooves a and b are provided on side surfaces of the flanges 2b of the bar-shaped core 2 as fixing portions for preventing positional displacement occurring when the outer casing 7 is molded.

A conveyor apparatus comprises step chains which couple a plurality of steps such that the steps, and driving units which drive the chains. Each of the driving units comprises a power unit comprising a motor, and a driving machine including pulleys and belts that reduce a rotation speed of the motor so as to meet a required reduction gear ratio and transfer the rotation speed to the chains, and a pair of right and left driving mechanisms that convert a rotary movement transferred from the machine of the power unit via an eccentric shaft into a movement of rocking units, and apply a propelling force to the chains via pin rollers provided at any one of sides of the rocking units and the chains and gears provided at the other side of the rocking units and the chains to engage with the rollers.

An elevator door apparatus includes an engaging device which engages car doors with hall doors. The engaging device uses a spring unit to urge a movable vane provided in each of the car doors. While the doors are moving, engaging rollers supported by the hall doors are sandwiched between the movable vane and a fixed vane. Thus, the driving forces of the car doors are transmitted to the hall doors. When the hall doors reach a door stop position, the movable vane is moved away from the fixed vane. Thus, the car doors are disengaged from the hall doors. At this time, a direction in which the elastic force of the spring mechanism acts is switched. Consequently, the car doors and the hall doors are stably held so that the car doors remain disengaged from the hall doors.

There is provided a conveyor apparatus free of pulsing motion in circulating chains to provide a comfortable ride quality on steps. A conveyor apparatus 1 includes a step guide rail 3, a plurality of steps 5, a step chain 4, and a chain driving mechanism 10 for driving the step chain 4. The chain driving mechanism 10 includes a rotating and driving unit 11, a driving sprocket 12 which is rotated by a driving force given by the rotating and driving unit 11, and circulating chain 13 for giving a thrust to the step chain 4. The circulating chain 13 has chain links 13a and hinges 13b to be connected to the adjacent chain links 13a. The chain link 13a includes a placing surface 13c on which the step roller 4b is placed, and pressing surfaces 13d and 13d that are in contact with step rollers 4b.

An elevator door unit includes cage doors, a cage door lock unit, hall doors, and a lock release unit. The cage doors are provided in a cage which moves in a shaft. The cage door lock unit limits and locks the opening width of the cage doors to the width not to permit passing of passengers. The hall doors are provided in a landing hall, and opened interlocking with the cage doors, when the cage stops in a range of facing to the cage doors. The lock release unit releases the cage door lock unit within the opening width by opening the cage doors by manual operation, when the cage stops in a range that the cage doors face to the hall doors.

A triaxial antenna coil includes coils, that are wound around three intersecting winding axes, and a flat core having winding grooves in three intersecting axial directions. A base has a terminal element, that is fitted with a plurality of external connectors and terminal connectors of windings. The base is fixed to one face of the core. The coils are wound in respective winding grooves, and their terminals are connected to the terminal connectors of the terminal element.

A sealing device for an elevator door includes a doorway member, doors, a movable member, a push-down mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The doorway member is provided for a gate. The doors open or close along the doorway member. The movable member is set horizontally and provided to be movable in a vertical direction in the doorway member, and it is urged upwards by an urging unit. The push-down mechanism pushes down the movable member against the force of the urging unit just before the doors are closed. The sealing mechanism is kept non-contact with the doors while they are moving, and seals the gap between the doors and the doorway member as it is brought into contact with upper section of the doors when the movable member is pushed down by the push-down mechanism.
