摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes an engine in which a particulate matter removing filter configured to remove particulate matter is disposed in an exhaust system; a motor configured to receive and output power; a driving circuit configured to drive the motor; an electric power storage device that is connected to the driving circuit; and a control unit configured to control the engine and the driving circuit. The control unit is configured, when a high temperature request for increasing a temperature of the particulate matter removing filter to a prescribed value or higher is issued, to control the driving circuit such that a loss of the driving circuit increases and to control the engine such that power greater than power at a time when the high temperature request is not issued is output from the engine.

摘要: A power generating set includes an engine operable in response to a flow of fuel to produce a flow of exhaust gas, a generator coupled to the engine and operable in response to operation of the engine to produce a total electrical power, and a primary load electrically connected to the generator to receive a portion of the total electrical power, the primary load having a cyclical pattern. A battery bank is selectively connected to the generator to receive a portion of the total electrical power and an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) is positioned to selectively transition between a connected state and a disconnected state. The battery bank is connected to the generator to charge the battery bank when the IGBT is in the connected state and is disconnected from the generator when the IGBT is in the disconnected state.

摘要: A system for diagnosing deterioration of a drive belt in a vehicle may include an engine, a motor connected to a shaft of a crankshaft of the engine via the drive belt to generate electric power, a controller for identifying slip of the drive belt and subsequently determining that deterioration of the drive belt is diagnosed (the “deterioration diagnosis”) or slip of the drive belt is diagnosed as being due to friction of the engine (the “slip diagnosis”) depending on whether conditions for diagnosing deterioration are fulfilled and then generating a torque adjustment command to adjust torque of the motor depending on the deterioration diagnosis or the slip diagnosis, and a main battery for supplying electric power to the motor in response to the torque adjustment command.

摘要: A power supply control system includes a first controller that performs auxiliary-machine power reduction control for reducing electric power consumed by auxiliary machines, a second controller that performs high-voltage power generation control for making the generated voltage of the generator higher than the voltage set during the auxiliary-machine power reduction control, a frequency determining unit that determines whether the frequency of switching between the auxiliary-machine power reduction control and the high-voltage power generation control becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined frequency, and a lower-limit voltage setting unit that sets a lower-limit voltage of the generator under the auxiliary-machine power reduction control to a higher value when the frequency of switching is equal to or higher than the predetermined frequency, than when the frequency of switching is lower than the predetermined frequency.

The sensor interface may be configured to receive sensor data samples during operation of the vehicle. The storage device may be configured to store the sensor data samples over a number of points in time. The processing device may be configured to (i) analyze the sensor data samples stored in the storage device to detect a pattern, (ii) monitor an amount of solar power converted using the solar array, (iii) determine an energy usage for traveling a route based on the pattern and (iv) adjust an amount of power applied to the power train in response to the energy usage for traveling the route. The amount of power applied to the power train may be adjusted in response to the amount of solar power.

摘要: In an operation mode for heating battery air, a refrigerant passage switching portion switches over to a first refrigerant passage in which a refrigerant including gas refrigerant flowing out of an interior condenser flows into an auxiliary heat exchanger through a first pipe having a relatively large passage cross-sectional area and a liquid refrigerant flowing out of the auxiliary heat exchanger flows to an inlet of an exterior heat exchanger through a second pipe having a relatively small passage cross-sectional area. Meanwhile, in an operation mode for cooling the battery air, the refrigerant passage switching portion switches over to a second refrigerant passage in which a liquid refrigerant flowing out of the exterior heat exchanger flows into the auxiliary heat exchanger through the second pipe and a gas refrigerant flowing out of the auxiliary heat exchanger flows to a suction port of a compressor through the first pipe.

The controller is configured to supply the electric power from the external power source to the rotary electric machine such that the output shaft is rotated when the electric storage device is chargeable with the electric power from the external power source.
