摘要: The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing of comb-handle, more particularly to the method capable of manufacturing the comb-handle that its appearance is very beautiful because it has dual structure and the pattern including a logo is printed between two layers. In the present invention that is manufactured by the method including the manufacturing procedure of the comb-handle core by injection molding; the forming procedure of the pattern on the surface of the comb-handle core; the diluting procedure after mixing a small amount of hardener and antifoam with Formica; the manufacturing procedure of the comb-handle that is hardened and dried after forming Formica layer to the outer face of the comb-handle core by fixing the comb-handle core to the inside of mold and by inputting the Formica dilute solution; the cutting processing procedure of the surface of the comb-handle; the glossy processing procedure of the surface of the comb-handle, the method for manufacturing of such a comb-handle that has an individuality and more high-grade beauty sense that is distinguished from the prior goods because even though the comb-handle is used for a long time, the pattern is not disappeared by forming the pattern between the comb-handle core and Formica layer and it has dual structure is provided.

摘要: The present invention discloses an apparatus for sealing a water pump bearing in which the bearing comprises a plurality of rolling elements arranged between an inner race and an outer race, a retainer for maintaining a prescribed space between each rolling element, and a seal coupled to a tip end of an opening in the space formed between the inner race and the outer race. The seal comprises a first seal equipped with a first reinforcing frame that is inserted into an inner axial section of bearing, and a second seal equipped with a second reinforcing frame that is inserted into an outer axial section of the bearing for coupling with the first seal. The first seal further comprises a first seal element that is inserted into an inner radial section of the first reinforcing frame and has two seal lips abutted to an inner radial section of the second reinforcing frame, and the second seal further comprises a second seal element that is inserted into an outer radial section of the second reinforcing frame and has two seal lips abutted to a central radial section of the first reinforcing frame, such that leakage of grease in the apparatus is prevented, and moisture, foreign particles and mixtures thereof are avoided from penetrating into the bearing, thereby increasing the durability of the water pump bearing.

This grip has better appearance and improved durability.

摘要: A powder case comprises a lower case for receiving powder, with a first connector, and an upper case including a second connector to be coupled with the first connector, and a downwardly extending a cylindrical housing with a ledge for engaging a flange of a slider of a brush, and an array of apertures at its bottom. As the end of the brush is inserted into the housing the flange of the slider 23 engages the ledge so that the brush fur is exposed to the powder through the apertures. The connectors may include complementary threads or cleats which engage to secure to upper and lower cases.
