    摘要: A power transmission apparatus is capable of easily passing lubricant toward a seal arranged between a higher shat and an opening of a case of the apparatus. The apparatus includes the higher shaft, i.e., a hollow connecting shaft that faces the outside of the transfer case through the opening of the transfer case. The oil seal is arranged between the hollow shaft and the opening of the transfer case. The hollow shaft meshes, through helical spur gears, with an intermediate transferring shaft that is positioned lower than the hollow shaft. A lubricant guide is arranged to receive lubricant splashed up by the ring gear and helical spur gear of the intermediate shaft and guide the received lubricant toward the oil seal and a ball bearing.

    摘要: Pre-foamed particles are produced by dispersing resin particles, which contain nucleocells, in a dispersing medium in a closed vessel, heating the contents to a temperature of the softening point of the particles or higher and holding the contents at the temperature for a predetermined period of time while pressurizing the contents with an inorganic gas, and then opening the vessel at one end thereof so as to release the particles and medium into an atmosphere of a pressure lower than the internal pressure of the vessel, thereby causing the resin particles to foam. The above production process provides good pre-foamed particles with ease and without failure. It is also possible to avoid deleterious effects due to the swelling action of foaming agents.

    摘要: A semiconductor device manufacturing method is provided which is capable of suppressing variation of the resistance value of resistive interconnection and preventing variation of transistor performance. A gate electrode and a resistive interconnection are formed on a substrate and impurity ions are implanted into the surface of the substrate to form source/drain regions (diffusion layers: 1A, 1B) on both sides of the gate electrode. Also, impurity ions are implanted to control the resistance value of the resistive interconnection. Next, a sidewall film is formed to cover the resistive interconnection. Then a heat treatment is performed to activate the source/drain regions (diffusion layers: 1A, 1B).

An end surface of the clutch housing and an end surface of a core of the electromagnet are disposed to be opposed to each other with the rotor interposed therebetween in an axial direction.The end of the rotor in a side of the clutch housing is formed with an extension portion which extends to the clutch housing in the axial direction. An outer periphery of the clutch housing is connected to the extension portion through a connection portion. The connection portion is disposed outside the main clutch in a radial direction.
