Abstract:
A transmitter is capable of suppressing a PAPR to be low and efficiently amplifying transmit power. The transmitter generates a transmission signal by oversampling a modulated signal, and includes a modulation unit that performs a modulation process on an information sequence and that generates a constant envelope signal and a phase interpolation unit that inserts a predetermined number of signals identical in amplitude to signal points of the constant envelope signal between the signal points so that signal points including original signal points are located equidistantly.
Abstract:
A sampling rate converting apparatus that performs sampling frequency conversion includes: a sampling-phase detecting unit configured to calculate a sampling phase based on sampling timing after the sampling frequency conversion for each operation reference clock, based on a ratio of a frequency of an operation reference clock and a sampling frequency after the sampling frequency conversion; a sampling-clock detecting unit configured to detect a sampling period based on the sampling phase; a poliphase filter configured to apply filtering to an input signal and generate a signal after the sampling frequency conversion, based on the sampling period; and a filter-coefficient control unit configured to set a filter coefficient in the poliphase filter, based on the sampling phase.

A signal generation device includes: filter banks that perform sampling frequency conversion with respect to an input signal of a predetermined sampling frequency, and generate a signal obtained after the sampling frequency conversion as an output signal; a control-signal generation unit that selects the filter banks to be used based on a sampling-frequency setting value indicating a sampling frequency of the output signal: and a switching unit selects the filter banks based on a result of selection by the control-signal generation unit.
Abstract:
A secondary battery or capacitor fitted with terminals and occupies less area on a packaging substrate. Either one of the positive and negative terminals is mounted within the outer surface of the secondary battery or capacitor. This reduces the area occupied by the secondary battery or capacitor fitted with terminals on the substrate. At least one step is formed on the terminal positioned opposite to the substrate. This prevents electrical shorting between the positive electrode can and the negative terminal.
