Abstract:
The present invention relates to a band buckle which is capable of fabricating a buckle based on a set formed of an upper ring and a lower ring, quickly releasing a bound force of an adjusting band by easily lifting only the upper ring when the adjusting band is inserted, and implementing an easier fabrication of a buckle and decreasing the fabrication cost of the same by forming a support portion in a rear end inner side surface of the lowering without forming the support portion in the upper ring. In the band buckle includes, the upper ring includes a handle protruded from both side surfaces of the front end potion of the same by more than the width, and the lower ring includes a support portion which is formed in such a manner that an extended portion is formed in an inner side of the through hole of the inner end portion and is bent upwardly in the band buckle which includes an upper ring and a lower ring each having a through hole and a fixing stripe which binds the rear ends of the upper ring and the lower ring.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pin lock device allowing detachable attachment of an anti-moisture film or a shield protective film to a surface of a shield secured to a helmet main body in an openable/closable manner and a helmet including same.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an adjuvant for use in simultaneous polishing of a cationically charged material and an anionically charged material, which forms an adsorption layer on the cationically charged material in order to increase polishing selectivity of the anionically charged material, wherein the adjuvant comprises a polyelectrolyte salt containing: (a) a mixture of a linear polyelectrolyte having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000˜50,000 with a graft type polyelectrolyte that has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000˜20,000 and comprises a backbone and a side chain; and (b) a basic material. CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) slurry comprising the above adjuvant and abrasive particles is also disclosed. The adjuvant comprising a mixture of a linear polyelectrolyte with a graft type polyelectrolyte makes it possible to increase polishing selectivity as compared to CMP slurry using the linear polyelectrolyte alone, and to obtain a desired range of polishing selectivity by controlling the ratio of the linear polyelectrolyte to the graft type polyelectrolyte.
Abstract:
An apparatus for operating an auto-shutter in an air-conditioner is provided, which includes an external casing in which a louver frame having an exit is installed in the inner portion of the upper end thereof, an auto-shutter movable between an opened position opening the exit and a closed position closing the exit, and a shutter driver driving the auto-shutter. The shutter driver includes a driving motor which is rotatable forwardly and backwardly, a screw-rod shaped rotational rod which is coupled with the driving motor and thus rotates, a bushing which is coupled with the rotational rod and ascends and descends along with the rotational rod, a slider one end of which is coupled with the auto-shutter and the other end of which is coupled with the bushing, an angular rotating unit which makes the driving motor and the rotational rod rotate by a predetermined angle when the auto-shutter moves from the opened position to the closed position, and a rotational rod guider which guides and supports rotation of the rotational rod, wherein guide rails are formed on both side surfaces in the louver frame in order to guide the auto-shutter. Also, the shutter driver may include a driving motor which is provided to provide a driving force for opening and closing and moving the auto-shutter and is rotatable forwardly and backwardly, a screw-rod shaped rotational rod which is coupled with the driving motor and thus rotates, a bushing which is coupled with the rotational rod and ascends and descends along with the rotational rod, and a slider one end of which is coupled with the auto-shutter and the other end of which is coupled with the bushing, wherein guide rails are formed on both side walls in the louver frame in order to guide the auto-shutter. Likewise, without employing an auto-shutter driving system which is opened and closed by the rack-and-pinion mutual operation in a conventional rack and pinion structure, the auto-shutter is opened and closed by a new system having a shutter driver which includes a screw-rod shaped rotational rod, a bushing, a slider, and a driving motor, thereby driving the auto-shutter more effectively in view of driving power used.
Abstract:
A coupling apparatus for a helmet shield includes a helmet and a shield that includes a left and right protruded inner portion, a curved rim protrusion, a cam shaped shaft portion having an engaging shaft flange at both sides of the rim protrusion and a guide pin shaft. A coupling apparatus includes a movable shaft member, base member and movable shaft member spring that is assembled to the back surface of the base member. The movable shaft member spring includes one end engaged to a spring engaging ring of the movable shaft member and the other end supported by the base member for thereby returning the movable shaft member, wherein the cam shaped shaft portion of the shield is rotatable in the movable shaft member, and the movable shaft member is slide-movable in the concave portion of the base member in a forward and backward direction.
Abstract:
