    摘要: Disclosed are a method for attaching an RFID tag to a memory cassette for tissue specimens and a memory cassette for tissue specimens having the RFID tag attached thereto, in which the RFID tag is attached to the memory cassette for tissue specimens and the RFID tag operates stably even when the memory cassette having the RFID tag attached thereto comes in contact with chemicals or is submerged in various chemical solutions. The method includes forming the memory cassette for tissue specimens provided on an inclined plane of a front surface of a body with an RFID tag insertion groove, inserting the RFID tag into the RFID tag insertion groove provided on the inclined plane of the body, and attaching a protective cap onto the top of the inclined plane of the body in which the RFID tag is inserted into the RFID tag insertion groove, and coupling the protective cap to the inclined plane of the body by ultrasonic welding to adhere the RFID tag to the body of the memory cassette for tissue specimens. Accordingly, the RFID tag can operate stably even when the memory cassette for tissue specimens having the RFID tag attached thereto comes in contact with chemicals or is submerged in chemical solutions or water.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a radio frequency identification tag having high thermal resistance for metal products and method of manufacturing thereof. The radio frequency identification tag according to the present invention comprises a printed circuit board made of epoxy glass; an antenna pattern and a transponder chip disposed on the upper surface of the printed circuit board; a first thermal resistant ink layer coated on the antenna pattern on the printed circuit board; a metal shielding layer attached to a lower surface of the printed circuit board; a second thermal resistant ink layer coated on the lower surface of the metal shielding layer; and an adhesive layer applied to the second thermal resistant ink layer, wherein a transponder chip protection layer made of thermal resistant is formed on the transponder chip. The radio frequency identification tag according to the present invention, has the advantages of preventing damage to a transponder chip and an antenna pattern even at high temperature environment, being capable of rapidly dissipating heat accumulated in the transponder chip, and being capable of remarkably reducing the likelihood of a transponder chip or an antenna pattern being damaged during the manufacturing process.

    摘要: There is provided a method for liquid mixing supply fabricating a mixed etching solution in which sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, ultra pure water and hydrofluoric act are mixed together. The method includes: supplying a specific liquid chemical to a mixing tank such that it is mixed in ppm units; and supplying at least two liquid chemicals and a ultra pure water to the mixing tank at a predetermined ratio, and mixing them, wherein starting points of supplying the at least two liquid chemicals and the ultra pure water are different from each other. Since the starting points of supplying the sulfuric acid, the hydrogen peroxide, and the ultra pure water are different, it is possible to minimize the heat generation due to the reaction between the sulfuric acid with the hydrogen peroxide.

    摘要: A supply system for supplying a functional water to a process unit which treats a substrate using the functional water is provided. In the system, the functional water generated in the functional water generator is supplied to a distributor through a functional water supply pipe. Thereafter, the functional water is supplied to the process unit while the process unit performs a process, and the functional water is returned to the functional water generator through a functional water returning pipe while the process unit does not perform a process. A buffer tank is installed in the functional water supply pipe and the concentration of the functional water is measured in a circulation line connected with the buffer tank. When the measured concentration of the functional water goes out of a set concentration range, the functional water is returned to the functional water generator through functional water returning pipe.
