Abstract:
A distance measurement method of user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises receiving a plurality of ranging request signals and transmitting a plurality of ranging response signals for the plurality of ranging request signals, wherein the number of transmitted ranging response signals is less than or equal to a maximum response signal number, and the maximum response signal number is determined on the basis of a channel busy ratio (CBR) measured by the terminal.
Abstract:
A method of driving a plasma display panel and an apparatus thereof that is capable of preventing an abnormal discharge generated at the upper and lower edges of an effective display area of the plasma display panel. In the method and apparatus, a voltage having a mutually contrary polarity is applied to two electrodes opposed to each other with having a space discharge therebetween within an effective display area to select a cell. A constant voltage is applied to a dummy electrode arranged at the outside of the effective display area during an address period for selecting said cell.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance. In the cooking appliance, a portion of a fastening bracket is coupled to a cabinet, the remaining portion of the fastening bracket contacts the bottom surface of a housing in parallel, and as a fastening member couples the fastening bracket to the bottom surface of the housing, the cabinet is coupled to the housing while the front surface of the cabinet contacts the housing closely.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an infrared sensor assembly for precisely detecting a location where a heat source is generated and a refrigerator having the infrared sensor. To this end, comprised are an infrared sensor fixed to a supporting frame for receiving infrared rays generated at the heat source; a case having the infrared sensor mounted therein and an infrared filter mounted at an upper surface thereof, the infrared filter transmits only the infrared rays; and a receiving range limiting means mounted between the infrared sensor and the infrared filter in the case for limiting a range of the infrared rays received into the infrared sensor so as to precisely detect a location of the heat source.
Abstract:
An air management device may include three independently operated primary impellers 131, 131′, 131″, and drawn-in air is discharged through discharge ports 15′-1, 15′-2, 15′-3 provided in the front plate 15 of the housing 10. Louvers 141, 142, 143 installed downstream of the air flow and discharge ports 15′-1, 15′-2, 15′-3 may be independently opened or closed to provide discharge of the air to the surrounding environment. Further, at least one retractable or pop-up fan may be provided. The air management allows customization of air flow. The housing 10 of the furniture-type air management device may be installed on the floor of the livable space and may have a hexahedron shape that extends from side to side. A bottom inlet 11′ may be formed on the bottom plate 11 of the housing 10 facing the floor of the living space above a predetermined distance. The replaceable filter 300 may be installed to filter the air sucked through the bottom inlet 11′, and may be drawn in and out of the housing 10. A plurality of passage openings 302 may be formed in a filter frame 301, and filters 320, 330, and 340 are stacked over the passage openings 302.
Abstract:
A conductive film may be provided that includes a base member, a first hard coating layer formed on a surface of the base member, and a conductive layer formed on the first hard coating layer. The conductive layer may include conductors composed of a nano-material forming a network structure.
