    摘要: An electronic device includes an outer case, a circuit substrate, a thermopile sensor chip, a filter structure, and a waterproof structure. The outer case has an opening. The circuit substrate is disposed inside the outer case. The thermopile sensor chip is disposed on the circuit substrate. The filter structure is disposed above the thermopile sensor chip. The waterproof structure is surroundingly connected between the filter structure and the outer case for sealing up the opening of the outer case, wherein the waterproof structure has a through hole for exposing the filter structure and communicated with the opening of the outer case.

    摘要: A radiation thermometer has a broadband light source which generates broadband light; an optical filter which, when the broadband light is incident on the measuring target object, passes only light in a predetermined wavelength range of reflected light and heat radiation light from a measuring target object; a light receiver which receives the light in the predetermined wavelength range through the optical filter; and a calculator which calculates a temperature of the measuring target object by using reflected light intensity and heat radiation intensity of the light in the predetermined wavelength range received by the light receiver, wherein an emission spectrum of the broadband light is a spectrum with a full width at half maximum which is equal to or wider than the predetermined wavelength range, and with light intensity increasing while a wavelength thereof becomes longer in the predetermined wavelength range.

    摘要: The detector of visible and near-infrared radiation comprises a near-infrared photosensitive element, a readout circuit for reading the near-infrared photosensitive element, four visible photosensitive elements, one of which being placed facing the near-infrared photosensitive element, and four pigmented resin filters to define a pixel quadruplet. A first pixel, including the near-infrared photosensitive element and one of the visible photosensitive elements, is provided with a resin filter opaque to visible radiation. The three other pixels, respectively including the three other visible photosensitive elements, are respectively provided with filters associated with the three primary colors.

    摘要: An infrared camera system is provided to detect absorption of infrared radiation in a selected spectral bandwidth. In one example, an infrared camera system includes a lens adapted to receive infrared radiation from a survey scene comprising one or more gasses. The infrared camera system also includes a focal plane array comprising a plurality of quantum well infrared photo detectors (QWIPs). The QWIPs are tuned to detect a limited spectral bandwidth of the infrared radiation corresponding to at least a portion of an infrared absorption band of the one or more gasses. The infrared camera system also includes an optical band pass filter positioned substantially between the lens and the focal plane array. The optical band pass filter is adapted to filter the infrared radiation to a wavelength range substantially corresponding to the limited spectral bandwidth of the QWIPs before the infrared radiation is received by the focal plane array.
