    摘要: A method for forming a protective film on a foam cushion including steps of preparing the cushion, applying a hot-melt adhesive, hot pressing a resin film, and cutting. Therein, the cushion is applied with a hot-melt adhesive layer, and a heated metal roller is used to press the resin film onto the hot-melt adhesive layer. The melting point of the resin film is greater than that of the hot-melt adhesive layer, and the heating temperature of the metal roller is between the melting point of the resin film and the melting point of the hot-melt adhesive layer, so that while the resin film is pressed on the hot-melt adhesive layer by the metal roller, the resin film is stuck by the hot-melt adhesive layer, thereby forming a protective film on the outer surface. The method features quick resin film and reliable film affixation.

    摘要: Disclosed are Dpo4 DNA polymerase mutants with increased DNA synthesis processivity. The mutant enzymes, Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K, are constructed based on the wild-type Dpo4 derived from Sulfolobus solfataricus to obtain Dpo4DNA polymerase mutants with increased DNA processivity. The extension length of Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K are respectively increased by 25% and 18.8% than that of the wild-type Dpo4. The fidelity of Dpo4 A181D and wild-type Dpo4 are similar, and the fidelity of Dpo4 E63K is increased from that of the wild-type Dpo4. In summary, the mutants Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K obtained by the present invention have increased processivity compared to that of the wild-type Dpo4 DNA polymerase.

    摘要: A case system for lead batteries is provided. The case system has an essentially six sided cuboid shape with two pairs of parallel sidewalls perpendicular to each other. Each pair of sidewalls defines two opposite surfaces of the essentially cuboid shape and further defines an interior volume inside the case system. The case system includes a further pair of parallel sidewalls, each of them perpendicular to the sidewalls above and each with a surface area larger than that of any one of the surface areas of the above sidewalls. One of the sidewalls is arranged as a separate cover wall for sealing the case system. At least one division plane is further included in the case system. The division plane divides the interior volume, such as to form a plurality of compartments, each for storing an electrical cell. All division planes are perpendicular to the cover wall. Further, an electrical cell, a lead battery and a lead battery layout including the above are shown.
