The production system further comprises a machine module mounted for longitudinal movement along the index member and operable to perform an operation, the machine module being operable to detect the position-indicating features on the index member and thereby determine a position of the machine module relative to the workpiece.

摘要： A dynamic artwork having a pendulum support and a plurality of pendulums positioned side-by-side on the pendulum support wherein each pendulum comprises a plurality of spaced apart end members and an interconnecting central structure which includes a hub. The hubs mount on the pendulum support such that the pendulums have pivotal movement about a horizontal axis. The end members of each pendulum have sufficient mass to provide inertia power for a plurality of swings of each pendulum in response to a starting force applied to the pendulum. Each pendulum swings back and forth about its horizontal axes, within a vertical plane, adjacent each other pendulum until the motion is damped out.

A coordinating pin may be installed into the indexing hole, the coordinating pin including a quantum of indexing information. A sensor may be positioned proximate the coordinating pin. The quantum of indexing information may be sensed with a sensor. A manufacturing operation may be performed on the workpiece based at least partially on the quantum of indexing information.

The alert sender module may be configured to send an encrypted alert independent of an internet security firewall. The alert routing module may have a registry and may be configured to receive the encrypted alert and process the encrypted alert according to a security mechanism associated with the registry. The alert controller module may be configured to accept the encrypted alert from the alert routing module according to the security mechanism. The alert mechanism may be configured to be activated by the alert controller module.
