摘要: A lighting and signaling device for automotive vehicles, comprising a container body delimiting a containment housing closed by a lenticular body, which accommodates at least one first light source and is closed by a lenticular body, a first light guide configured to receive as input at least partially the light beam produced by the first light source, transmits the light beam by total internal reflection along a first prevailing propagation direction and sends it as output from the lenticular body. A fixing and/or screen element, opaque to the light beam is associated with the first light guide at a first interface wall, and is fixed either directly or indirectly onto the container body to mechanically block the first light guide onto the container body. The first light guide is mechanically fixed to the fixing and/or screen element by at least one first welding portion which projects from the first interface wall.

摘要: Simultaneous laser welding equipment of a vehicle light including at least a plurality of laser sources suitable for emitting light beams, a plurality of optical fibres associated, at the input ends to the at least one laser source and transmitting the light beams. A light guide is provided with at least one hollow seat that delimits a continuous perimetral contour, counter-shaped to the weld interface. The light guide comprises diffusion elements that pass through the perimetral contour of the seat of the light guide internally, so as to intercept and influence the light beams that propagate inside the seat and that are shaped to expand the light beams along a direction substantially tangent to the curvilinear abscissa defining the perimetral contour, before it projects from the light output wall and/or at the latter.

The virtual human-machine interface system comprises at least one micro-mirror projection device for projecting an image on the at least one projection surface, at least one sensor for detecting commands given by a user by determining the position of a part of the user's body within the vehicle, and a control unit for controlling the human-machine interface system. The position of the image projected by the at least one projection device within the vehicle may be modified by a specific command given by the user.

摘要: A vehicle light having a container body having a first perimetral profile, a lenticular body, having a second perimetral profile, wherein the first and second perimetral profile of the container body and the lenticular body are at least partially counter-shaped to each other in order to interface at a welding interface of an abutment edge of the lenticular body. The container body delimits a containment seat that houses a light source and the lenticular body is applied to the container body so as to close the containment seat. A redirection surface is adapted to receive laser beams, to concentrate and reflect them towards the welding interface. The redirection surface is arranged on an inner face of the abutment edge, the inner face facing the containment seat and incident with the welding interface. A method of making the vehicle light is also disclosed.

摘要: A lighting and/or signaling device, comprising: a light guide adapted to receive a light ray beam to a light outlet wall which creates a lighting portion of the lighting and/or signaling device, at least one LED light source adapted to receive the light beam, transmitted by total internal reflection towards the light outlet wall. The device includes at least one reflector element associated with the light inlet and diffusion wall of the light guide and directly facing the respective extraction elements so as to reflect light towards the light outlet wall. A diffusion layer is arranged to cover the lighting portion on the side of the light outlet wall. The diffusion layer has a differentiated transmission factor according to the light intensity of the incident light rays on the lighting portion so as to obtain a uniform light intensity over the whole lighting portion.

A hologram is arranged between the LED light source and the light input portion so as to distribute according to a predefined pattern the light rays emitted by the LED light source and obtain a predefined luminance on the central lighting portion and the peripheral lighting portion.
