    摘要: Methods and systems for storing web-site visitor data in a specific bucket among a plurality of buckets based on a unique visitor identifier. The methods and systems may dynamically change the number of buckets based on certain conditions, such as when one of the buckets reaches a predetermined size. Several processors may be used in parallel to process the visitor data from two or more of the buckets simultaneously, for example to generate or obtain report data. The systems and methods may aggregate the report data into a result table.

    摘要: The present invention relates to nucleotide sequences of Serrate genes, and amino acid sequences of their encoded proteins, as well as derivatives (e.g., fragments) and analogs thereof. In a specific embodiment, the Serrate protein is a human protein. The invention further relates to fragments (and derivatives and analogs thereof) of Serrate which comprise one or more domains of the Serrate protein, including but not limited to the intracellular domain, extracellular domain, DSL domain, cysteine rich domain, transmembrane region, membrane-associated region, or one or more EGF-like repeats of a Serrate protein, or any combination of the foregoing. Antibodies to Serrate, its derivatives and analogs, are additionally provided. Methods of production of the Serrate proteins, derivatives and analogs, e.g., by recombinant means, are also provided. Therapeutic and diagnostic methods and pharmaceutical compositions are provided. In specific examples, isolated Serrate genes, from Drosophila, chick, mouse, Xenopus and human, are provided.

    摘要: A caddy that is hitchable to a self-propelled power mower which comprises a pair of wheels and an axle for coupling the wheels including a main axle member which is positioned below the wheel center, an operator platform is mounted on the main axle such that the operator is positioned over the axle. The platform is located such that wheel centers are located in a vertical plane which substantially laterally bisects the platform so that the shifting rearwardly of the operator's weight cause concentration of the load on the wheels. A towbar is fixed to the axle and removably hitched to the mower. The wheel centers are located rearwardly from the main axle so that when the operator is normally positioned on the caddy a torque about the wheels centers is created that causes the towbar to apply a force at the mower.

    摘要: A bone screw comprises a threaded shank including a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, and defining a first threaded section extending from the distal end portion toward the proximal end portion and adapted for anchoring in cancellous bone. A second threaded section extends contiguously from the first threaded section toward the proximal end portion The second threaded section has a finer thread pattern relative to the first threaded section. In one embodiment, the first threaded section includes a first helical threading defining a single lead thread pattern for anchoring in cancellous bone, and the second threaded section includes a second helical threading interleaved with the first threading to define a duel lead thread pattern for engagement in cortical bone. In a further embodiment, the bone screw includes a head portion extending from the threaded shank and configured for coupling to a spinal implant.
