    摘要： A disinfecting cleaning wipe of stitch-bonded construction. The wipe includes a stitching substrate of fibrous nonwoven material having a mass per unit area of not more than 30 grams per square meter. A first plurality of stitching yarns is disposed in stitched relation through the stitching substrate in a pattern of substantially parallel linear stitch lines extending in a first direction across the stitching substrate. At least a second plurality of stitching yarns is disposed in stitched relation through the stitching substrate in a repeating zigzag pattern to define a first group of surface yarn float segments extending diagonally between stitch positions at opposing linear stitch lines. A disinfecting solution at least partially saturates the cleaning wipe.

    摘要： A tear away diaper fastening system including a segment of loop material having a plurality of outwardly projecting loop elements adapted to engage cooperating hooking elements in juxtaposed contacting relation. The loop material includes a composite sheet of stitch bonded construction including a polymer film substrate layer. A first plurality of yarn elements extends in stitched relation through the substrate layer to define a plurality of parallel stitch lines of flat stitches extending along the machine direction of the sheet material to form a ground layer substantially covering an upper surface of the substrate layer. A second plurality of yarn elements extends in stitched relation through the substrate layer in zigzag crossing relation between parallel needle lines to define a plurality of raised loops extending above the ground layer.

    摘要： A wear resistant stitchbonded fabric is provided. The stitchbonded fabric includes a first yarn loosely stitchbonded into the substrate so as to substantially cover one side of the substrate. The fabric further includes a second yarn that is tightly stitchbonded into the substrate. In one embodiment, the nonwoven substrate can further contain binder fibers which are fused to adjacent fibers. Through this configuration, a fabric is produced having a tapestry-like look. The fabric can be used in many diverse applications, such as being used as an upholstery fabric.

    摘要： A composite fabric product is produced which has a unique three dimensional conformation. The composite fabric product is made from at least two layers of fabric that are stitched together according to a pattern. After the layers are stitched together, the composite fabric undergoes a shrinking procedure in which one of the layers is shrunk more than at least one of the other layers causing the non-shrinking layer to form a three dimensional surface. This material can be made with a variety of fabrics and fills in order to optimize insulation, flexibility, cushioning and moisture management properties.
