Abstract: System for the delivery of drugs from sealed cartridges provide for versatile and convenient delivery of the drugs. The system can be designed to deliver drugs from a plurality of cartridges with delivery through a manifold that connects to the plurality of cartridges. In some embodiments, the system mediates the heating of the drug such that it can be delivered at a temperature more closely approximating body temperature. In some embodiments, the composition of one cartridge is used to adjust the pH of the composition of the resulting mixture to achieve a desirable blended drug. The systems and procedures are particularly advantageous for the delivery of dental anesthetics.
