Abstract:
A method and a device for transporting a fiber contour cut out from a planar woven fabric for producing a preform by a vacuum gripper. The method comprises the following method steps: a) a fiber contour is cut out from the woven fabric on a cutting table, b) a vacuum gripper moves over the fiber contour and brings a surface of the transport plate in contact with the cut-out fiber contour and a holding plate in contact with the planar woven fabric, c) the fiber contour is fastened to the transport plate by a vacuum device and through-holes in the transport plate and is lifted from the cutting table, while the holding plate fastens the woven fabric to the cutting table, d) after the transport plate is lifted, the vacuum gripper and/or the holding plate is/are lifted from the cutting table and the fiber contour is transported by the vacuum gripper.
Abstract:
Method, system and resin sheet for producing fiber-reinforced molded parts (SMC) by extrusion in a molding press from a fiber-reinforced resin sheet which is continuously produced in a flat web installation. At least one resin base layer is combined with fibers in a mixing device, is subsequently mixed in a fulling and saturating device, and is finally matured in a thickening device to form a continuous resin sheet, wherein the continuous resin sheet is cut to form cut sheets and is then transferred, either directly or joined in a structure with other cut sheets, by a transfer device to a tool of a molding press in which it is then pressed to form a fiber-reinforced molded part. Reinforcements are applied on at least one resin base layer for forming a reinforcement zone which is delimited in length and/or width relative to at least one resin base layer before joining the resin base layers.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for regulating the temperature of a hot isostatic press and to a hot isostatic press, consisting of a pressure vessel (1) having an interior loading space (19) and insulation (8) arranged in between, wherein heating elements (4) and a loading space (19) having a load (18) are arranged inside the insulation (8), wherein at least the loading space (19) is surrounded by a convection sleeve (27) to form a convection gap (28). Fluid is sprayed through at least one nozzle (13) in the interior of the pressure vessel (1) and/or the loading space (19) to generate a rotational flow (23) so that said fluid mixes with the fluid held therein, and said fluid simultaneously forms a circulation (29) around the convection sleeve (27) and enters the loading space (19) via the convection gap (28). The invention also relates to a hot isostatic press in which at least one conduit (12) that is connected to at least one nozzle (13) within the pressure vessel (1) is arranged inside the pressure vessel (1), wherein the discharge angle of the nozzle (13) is suited to form a rotational flow (23) within the loading space (19), and wherein the conduit (12) is connected to an area of the pressure vessel (1) having a different temperature.
Abstract:
A method for intermittent production and continuous supply of a resin-filler mixture in the course of production of plastic molded parts and an installation for intermittent production and continuous supply of a resin-filler mixture. A method and an installation, by which it is possible to ensure a continuous supply of a resin-filler mixture reliably and in continuous operation, an optimum and precise mixing ratio of the individual constituents of a resin-filler mixture, mostly consisting of a resin mixture and fillers, in which components, particularly portions of very small or highly viscous components, are dispersed finely and uniformly. Optimizing the production of resin-filler mixture for the supply of small components and achieving a continuous supply of the resin mixture that is reliable for continuous operation occurs.
Abstract:
A system and method for rapid cooling a hot isostatic press including a pressure container. The pressure container has an internal load space and includes insulation disposed at least partially around the load space, heating elements disposed inside the insulation, and a load disposed on a load bearing plate. Fluid is directed into the load space of a pressure container using at least one nozzle to form a rotational flow. The fluid from the at least one nozzle is mixed as it passes through the rotational flow near the insulation with fluid near the load. The fluid from the at least one nozzle has a lower temperature than the fluid in the load space and/or the load.
Abstract:
A process for manufacturing ligneous material board with improved surface slip-resistance. The process includes an additional spreading station which spreads fine particles onto the upper and lower covering layers to obtain slip-resistant textured surfaces.
Abstract:
An apparatus for the heating of pressed stock in the manufacture of boards of material or in the manufacture of veneer panels. The apparatus includes a microwave preheating device having rod antennae disposed in series, reflective shields, and a heating cell configured as a continuous oven in which the introduction of microwaves into the pressed stock takes place via the rod antennae. The rod antennae are attached to lie horizontally and transversely to the direction of production above, below, or above and below the pressed stock within the heating cell. The reflective surfaces are assigned to the rod antennae on the opposite sides of the pressed stock.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for producing extra-wide veneers and using them for the production of continuous laminated wood boards by gluing and pressing them from a chain of extra-wide veneers assembled in several layers over and behind one another. The method invention consists in the fact that the veneers arriving with a producible width and grain running crosswise are brought together end to end to form a chain of veneers, stitched together at the junctions or attached with adhesive tape and the veneers thus assembled are cut to a given oversize in the direction of the grain so that the seams or junctions between the veneers are distributed irregularly across the width of laminated boards, not in line one over the other.
Abstract:
The process relates to the production of boards of wood-based material, in particular, oriented strand board, chipboard or fiberboard comprising lignocellulose- and/or cellulose-containing particles. The particles, in the form of chips, fibers, chippings or the like, are mixed with a binder and scattered in a scattering station onto a moving molding belt to form a mat of pressed stock. The mat of pressed stock is pressed and cured by the application of pressure and heat in a platen press or a continuously operating press. To accomplish surface structuring during the production cycle, the finished board of wood-based material just released from the pressing operation is subjected to a structuring operation on one or both sides.
