In order to enable secure and easy fastening of the disc cover, the fastening device comprises several fastening holes arranged in the hub connection flange, with at least one fastening hole consisting of a through hole having a smaller diameter on the front side of the wheel than on a rear side of the hub connection flange and forming an abutment for a detachable retaining means acting by form fit, and/or wherein at least one fastening hole consists of a through hole provided with an internal thread for screwing in a fastening screw as a retaining means, and/or that the centre hole has an inner circle edge comprising a constriction which forms an abutment for a cover side arranged retaining means acting by form fit.

摘要: A full face fabricated euroflange or non-euroflange vehicle wheel including a rim and a disc. The rim defines a central axis of the wheel and includes an inboard retaining flange, an inboard tire bead seat, an outboard tire bead seat, and a well located between the inboard and outboard tire bead seats. The rim further includes an outboard flange, wherein the outboard flange is outwardly turned and extends in a radially outwardly direction away from the central axis. The disc has a central hub mounting portion including a hub hole located about the central axis and a plurality of lug bolt receiving holes circumferentially spaced about the hub hole. A mounting area is formed at an outer end of the disc. The mounting area defines a region of reduced thickness at the outer end relative to a thickness of the disc directly adjacent to the outer end, wherein the outboard flange of the rim is configured to be disposed within the mounting area of the disc and secured thereto.

In order to create a monitoring device which is easy to install on different vehicle wheels and which can reliably determine the load forces occurring on the vehicle wheel, the housing has two fastening zones which are spaced apart from one another and which are connected to one another via at least one bending strut connected to both fastening zones as a component of the load detection device, at least one pair of strain gauges being arranged on the bending strut between the fastening zones for detecting the bending of the bending strut caused by load forces.

摘要: A fabricated vehicle wheel comprises a wheel disc and a wheel rim. The wheel disc has an annular hub portion, a center hub hole in the hub portion, opposite inboard and outboard faces of the hub portion, a plurality of circumferentially spaced lug bolt holes in the hub portion, a plurality of lightener pockets in the hub portion, and an extension portion. The lug bolt holes and the lightener pockets alternate around a circumference of the hub portion. An axis extends through the hub hole. The inboard face is planar and configured to mount to a vehicle. The inboard face is perpendicular to the axis and the extension portion extends from the hub portion along the axis. The wheel rim is secured to the extension portion.
