    Abstract: The application provides an automatic check method and device. A schematic diagram or a layout having a plurality of elements is received. Whether the elements are classified into respective subcategories in a naming rule is determined based on keywords in the naming rule and names of the elements, wherein the naming rule comprises a plurality of main categories, each of the main categories having a plurality of subcategories, and each of the subcategories within each of the main categories having a keyword and corresponding to a predefined design rule. Incorrectly named elements that are not classified into respective subcategories are reported on a display. Fixed names of the incorrectly named elements are received.

    Abstract: A memory management circuit, an electronic device and a memory management method are provided. The memory management circuit includes a controller and an address mapping logic. The controller records addresses of available storage spaces within a memory device, wherein a searching logic of the controller stores the addresses in a storage device, and the addresses are queued with a specific order in the storage device. When a computing circuit send a storage request to request for a storage resource, the searching logic obtains at least one address queued in the storage device according to the specific order of the addresses queued in the storage device, to accordingly generate a mapping table, and the address mapping logic performs an address mapping operation upon the storage request according to the mapping table, to allow the computing circuit to utilize the available storage spaces according to the mapping table.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a method for calibrating a temperature related scattering matrix (S-matrix) of a temperature sensitive device are provided. The electronic device includes a temperature sensitive device for receiving a forward signal and a reverse signal corresponding to a desired signal and a calibration kit for providing a switchable impedance. During a first phase, the electronic device operates in a first temperature, and multiple first calculation results are calculated according to the forward signal and the reverse signal by setting the switchable impedance to be multiple impedances, respectively. During a second phase, the electronic device operates in a second temperature, and multiple second calculation results are calculated according to the forward signal and the reverse signal by setting the switchable impedance to be the multiple impedances, respectively. In addition, the temperature related S-matrix is calibrated according to the multiple first calculation results and the multiple second calculation results.

    Abstract: A method that reorders partitioning candidates or motion vectors based on template matching costs for geometric prediction mode (GPM) is provided. A video coder receives data to be encoded or decoded as a current block of a current picture of a video. The current block is partitioned into first and second partitions by a bisecting line defined by an angle-distance pair. The video coder identifies a list of candidate prediction modes for coding the first and second partitions. The video coder computes a template matching (TM) cost for each candidate prediction mode in the list. The video coder receives or signals a selection of a candidate prediction mode based on an index that is assigned to the selected candidate prediction mode based on the computed TM costs. The video coder reconstructs the current block by using the selected candidate prediction mode to predict the first and second partitions.
