摘要： A hazardous waste incinerator (100) includes a rotary kiln (120) with a helical flight (250) within. The kiln (120) is fed hazardous waste by either a continuous feed system (164) or a positive feed system (162). The kiln (120) is comprised of six retort sections (202, 202, 204, 206, 208, 210). The combusted waste is separated into ash and recoverable metals. The air flow is counter to the flow of waste through the kiln (120), with exhaust gases vented from the kiln entrance. Fugitive emissions are also contained by shrouds (164, 166) and containment building (160). These exhaust gases pass through the secondary combustor (130) to ensure destruction of any principle organic hazardous constituents. The exhaust gases are then treated in a spray dryer (140) to cool it and neutralize any acidic components. A baghouse (150) then removes any remaining particulate matter before the exhaust exits the stack (156). The control system includes a program-controlled processor unit (400) connected by an optical/electrical interface (402) to an optical data highway loop (404). All parametric sensors of each subsystem is connected to the data loop (404).

The collection assembly includes a collection chute assembly having an inlet and an outlet. The collection chute assembly is positionable on the arm to define, between the inlet and the outlet, a first path for debris around one side of the outer surface of the arm and a second path for debris around the other side of the outer surface of the arm.

摘要： A power tool includes a base, a table supported by the base for pivoting movement about an axis, a coarse adjustment assembly between the base and the table, and a fine adjustment assembly between the base and the table. The fine adjustment assembly includes a rotating member supported by one of the base and the table, and an engagement surface provided by the other of the base and the table. The rotating member is selectively engageable with and rotatable along the engagement surface to finely adjust the angular position of the table relative to the base. The angular position of the table relative to the base is coarsely adjustable using the coarse adjustment assembly when the rotating member is disengaged from the engagement surface. The fine adjustment assembly disengages the coarse adjustment assembly and maintains the coarse adjustment assembly disengaged when the rotating member is engaged with the engagement surface.

摘要： A printing machine in which magnetically permeable marking particles develop a latent image recorded on a photoconductive member. A read head is positioned on the opposite of the photoconductive member to detect magnetic field intensity effects produced by the leading edge and the trailing edge of the marking particles on the characters recorded. The detected signals are used to control the magnetic quality of the developed image.
