Abstract:
A control apparatus with a balance feedback function includes a direction control module for outputting several direction signals of different directions; an operation control module outputting several control signals of different operations; a balance control module for detecting the control apparatus and presetting a tilting angle between horizontal planes to generate a horizontal shift vector signal or detecting a vertical shift in the vertical direction of the control apparatus to generate a corresponding vertical vector signal; a processing module coupled to the balance control module for receiving the direction signal to produce a corresponding direction data, for receiving the operation control signal to produce a corresponding operation control data, for receiving the horizontal shift vector signal to produce a horizontal vector data, and for receiving the vertical vector signal to produce vertical vector data; and a transmission module provided for transmitting any one of the data to an electronic device to achieve the balance feedback control.
Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a control apparatus, which includes a casing with two sides each comprising a holding portion extending outwardly and towards a bottom thereof for being held by a user while viewing a front of the casing, the front is inclined progressively from a lateral edge of the front away from the user through the bottom to an opposite lateral edge of the front near the user; a direction input portion disposed on the front of the casing near one of the holding portions; an operation input portion disposed on the front of the casing near the other holding portion; and a sensing input portion disposed on the front of the casing between the direction input portion and the operation input portion and proximate to the user. Thus, a user can press or push any input portion easily for an input while holding the two holding portions by hands.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a network switching apparatus and a network switching method applied for switching between a wired network unit and a wireless network unit of a computer system. Based on the network switching method, the network switching apparatus includes a wired network unit, a wireless network unit and a control unit. The wired network unit includes a plug/unplug interface responsible for a wired network transmission. The wireless network unit is responsible for a wireless network transmission. The control unit includes a logic control circuit and a logic control unit or an embedded controller, and a basic input/output system (BIOS) of the computer system is used for pre-selecting setup options of the computer system, and detecting whether a network socket is plugged in or unplugged from a plug/unplug interface, so as to turn on or off the wired network transmission and wireless network transmission.
Abstract:
A Chinese character auxiliary input method and device applicable to Chinese input operation of electronic equipment is proposed. When a Chinese character is inputted by a user, an auxiliary input module serves to recognize the content of the Chinese character outputted on a display installed in the electronic equipment. Subsequently, light emission of a key marked with characters that may possibly follow the previously outputted Chinese character to form a pronunciation of a word is activated according to the recognized outputted content. Thus, the user is able to rapidly select a desired key to input a plurality of Chinese character combinations, so as to output a Chinese word on the display. Therefore, the present invention is capable of shortening time consumed for searching positions of keys and improving user's input speed of Chinese characters.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a programmable buffer circuit (16) for interfacing a CPU (12) to a plurality of channel interfaces (14). The buffer circuit includes a dual port memory (18) having a first port coupled to a CPU data bus and a second port coupled to a channel data bus that serves the plurality of channel interfaces. The buffer circuit further includes an arbitrator (24) for arbitrating access to the dual port memory by individual ones of the channel interfaces over the channel data bus; an address generator (26) for generating dual port memory addresses for reading and writing data using the CPU data bus and the channel data bus; and a control unit (20) and allocator (22) that are programmable by the CPU for specifying individual ones of buffer locations and sizes within the dual port memory for individual ones of the channel interfaces, and for enabling and disabling individual ones of the buffers.
Abstract:
An electronic device having a multi-functional pointing device of a track ball in which a connecting part is arranged through which a shaft is connected so that the shaft is connected to the pointing device of track ball. When the shaft moves and pushes, the pointing device of the track ball swings correspondingly . So the track ball provides different operating interfaces so to alleviate the problem that a user needs to have a different pointing device of a track ball with a different control condition.
Abstract:
An image-measuring apparatus without axial alignment is configured to measure a workpiece. The image-measuring apparatus without axial alignment includes a rotating plate, a lighting unit, an image capturing unit, a central control unit and a rotary driving member. The workpiece is disposed on the rotating plate. The lighting unit is configured to generate a light beam to illuminate the workpiece to form a first workpiece blocking shadow area on the image capturing unit. The rotating plate and the workpiece are rotated through a rotational angle by the central control unit to form a second workpiece blocking shadow area on the image capturing unit. The central control unit calculates the first workpiece blocking shadow area and the second workpiece blocking shadow area to generate an axial position of the workpiece. There is a distance between an axial position of the rotating plate and the axial position of the workpiece.
Abstract:
A light-emitting module includes a base formed with a circular surface region, two yellow light-emitting chips and two white light-emitting chips disposed on the circular surface region of the base, and a plurality of wires. The circular surface region has a diameter ranging between 4 mm and 6.8 mm. Each of the yellow and white light-emitting chips has a radiant power ranging between 2 watts and 6 watts. The wires include a first chip-connection portion for electrically connecting the yellow light-emitting chips in series, and a second chip-connection portion for electrically connecting the white light-emitting chips in series. A lighting device includes the above light-emitting module is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A non-volatile memory access method and system, and a non-volatile memory controller are provided for accessing a plurality of physical blocks in a non-volatile memory chip, and each physical block has a plurality of physical pages. The method includes determining whether there is enough space in a first physical block to write a plurality of specific physical pages when data stored in one of the specific physical pages are to be updated; and writing valid data and data to be updated into the first physical block when the first physical block has enough space to write the specific physical pages.
