摘要: A TiAl base alloy containing 46 to 54 mol % of Ti and 46 to 52 mol % of Al in which Sb is added within a range of 0.1 to 1 mol %, at least one element of Hf and/or Zr is further added within a range of 0 to 3 mol %, and three phases of a .gamma. phase, an .alpha..sub.2 phase and Sb-rich phase coexist.

摘要: The present invention provides a molded article for holding wafers which is made of a thermoplastic resin reinforced with whiskers. The present invention provides wafer holding molded articles, such as transport baskets, storage cases and carriers, for use in handling wafers and glass plates for liquid crystal televisions. These articles are useful for cleaning, drying, transporting or storing semiconductor wafers free of contamination.

Also provided is a fluorescent labeling agent to be used in vivo or in vitro, including the fluorescent labeling material, in which: EDC or the like is bound thereto through the amino group; and a substance capable of selectively binding to a target to be fluorescently labeled, such as an antibody, is linked thereto.

摘要: A resinous composition for sliding members such as bushings, bearings, sleeves, guiderails, sealant, switching parts, gears, cams or the like can be obtained by composing a polyamide resin, powdered high density polyethylene and potassium titanate whiskers. An appropriate composition is consisted essentially of 5-25% by weight of powdered high density polyethylene having below 200 .mu.m in the particle size and more than 50000 of its molecular weight, 10-40% by weight of potassium titanate whiskers and remaining polyamide resin.The sliding members molded by this composition has excellent mechanical strength, low abrasion and friction, high limiting PV value and high heat deforming temperature.
