Abstract:
A method for immobilizing glycoprotein is disclosed. A surface is provided. Next, a boronic acid is contacted to the surface. The boronic acid is represented as Y—R—B—(OH)2 and includes a boronic acid group (B—(OH)2), a linker R, and a functional group Y, in which the boronic acid is bonded to the surface via the functional group Y. A glycoprotein is contacted to the boronic acid, wherein two spatially adjacent hydroxyl groups of a carbohydrate chain form a boronate ester with the boronic acid group of the boronic acid to immobilize the glycoprotein. The goal of site-specific and covalent protein immobilization without interfering the binding affinity of an antibody to antigen may be thus achieved with the reaction of boronic acid and the carbohydrate chain of Fc region.

Abstract:
This invention relates to a torque ratchet wrench that comprises a wrench body with a handle at one end and a wrench head at the other end, a driving head would be used for connecting with work pieces, a control device being installed inside the wrench head for using to activate the driving head to run with turning of the wrench in one direction and to void the driving head to run with turning of the wrench in the other direction, a mark plate being implemented on the wrench body with notched torque scales, and an indicator being fixed on the wrench head at one end and extending to above the mark plate at the other end. When the wrench body is driving the driving head rotating, the torque value applied on the wrench driving the work piece can be measured from reading the pointing of the indicator to the notched torque scale on the mark plate.
Abstract:
A ratchet wrench structure includes a wrench body defining a receiving hole receiving a ratchet wheel and a receiving recess receiving a locking pawl, a resting block, and two elastic members. The locking pawl has a first side formed with locking teeth engaging the engaging teeth of the ratchet wheel, and a second side formed with an arcuate inner face. The resting block has a first end rested on the arcuate resting face of the receiving recess, and a second end formed with a resting end rested on the arcuate inner face of the locking pawl. The two elastic members received in two sides of the resting block, wherein one elastic member is rested on the arcuate resting face of the receiving recess, and the other elastic member is rested on the arcuate inner face of the locking pawl.
