    摘要: The present invention relates to novel antibodies, antibody fragments and antibody conjugates which display a high degree of selectivity for squamous cell carcinoma antigens including carcinomas of the lung, esophagus and cervix. The present invention relates to both in vivo and in vitro clinical screening methods for diagnosis or prognosis of carcinomas by means of detecting the expression of squamous cell carcinoma antigens in biological samples of the subject using the novel antibodies of the invention. The invention further provides for kits for carrying out the above described screening methods. Additionally, antibody conjugates may be used to efficiently deliver various agents which have anti-tumor effects to the tumor cell. The antibodies of the invention may also be administered to a patient in non-conjugated form to target ADCC to the tumor cell.
