摘要: An elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is provided, which is made from composition grains using a meltblown process. The composition grains include 3 to 30 parts by weight of a hydrophilic auxiliary agent and 70 to 97 parts by weight of a hydrogenated styrene based triblock copolymer based on 100 parts by total weight. The hydrophilic auxiliary agent includes polylactic acid and polyvinyl acetate. A method that the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is fabricated at least includes a step to melt the composition grains to form a melt body, and a step to squeezed the melt body through a spinneret by the meltblown process, then the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is finished. Hence, the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric has both of elasticity and hydrophilicity.

摘要: A method and a device for network traffic control are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises the following steps: detecting actual downlink traffic of a network device; calculating an error e between the actual downlink traffic and predetermined downlink traffic; performing a calculation on the error to obtain PID output according to a PID control formula; calculating scaling of upstream traffic according to the calculated PID output and the downlink traffic; and regulating an upstream traffic threshold according to the scaling. In the present invention, the upstream traffic is increased or reduced in accordance with the actual downlink traffic be means of the correlated regulation and dynamic control of the upstream traffic and the downlink traffic of the network device. As such, traffic control is realized in those applications (e.g. UDP traffic such as P2P streaming media) which themselves lack the traffic control mechanism, and it is possible to make the best of network bandwidth as well. Besides, the corresponding traffic backoff is carried out to guarantee normal operations of some key businesses when they have been started.

摘要: A method for solar power energy management with intelligent selection of operating modes classifies the power energy of a solar cell and an reserved power of a rechargeable battery into multiple power level ranges, and determine to supply power to a load in accordance with various combinations of the power level ranges of the solar cell and the rechargeable battery to avoid energy waste. When the solar cell is in a “sufficient” power level range, the power energy of the solar cell is simultaneously supplied to the load and stored in the rechargeable battery. When the solar cell is in an “insufficient” power level range, all the power energy of the solar cell is selectively supplied to the load or charged to the rechargeable battery. When being in a “poor” power level range, the power energy of the solar cell can still be charged to the rechargeable battery.

摘要: An apparatus for detecting burst cutting areas on optical discs includes an optical pickup head, a front-end processing unit, a sync pattern detector, a channel clock recovery device, and a data demodulator. The front-end processing unit generates a BCA signal in response to a radio frequency signal. The sync pattern detector counts the BCA signal according to a reference clock, detects a sync pattern of the BCA signal and outputs a channel bit length counting value. The channel clock recovery device generates a channel clock according to the reference clock and the channel bit length counting value. The data demodulator transfers the BCA signal into a BCA data according to the channel clock. The sync pattern detector continuously counts the BCA signal and continuously outputs a plurality of counting values, so that the sync pattern of the BCA signal can be determined according to at least three sequential counting values.

摘要: A classified solar charging method defines four magnitude classes of charging current in accordance with a combination selected from four magnitude classes of power production of a solar cell and four magnitude classes of capacity of each rechargeable battery of a rechargeable battery pack. In addition to the optimal charging current, the method simultaneously takes an operating temperature of the rechargeable battery into account upon using the solar cell to store energy in the rechargeable battery. Accordingly, the present invention can selectively charge overall, partial or single rechargeable battery based on the power production of the solar cell and the capacity of the rechargeable battery to enhance a charging efficiency and reduce a charging time.
