摘要: For automating the operation of an electrophoresis apparatus and improving the throughput, the present electrophoresis apparatus has two platens capable of controlling temperature of electrophoresis plates placed thereon, a loading medium charging unit for sending a loading medium under pressure, a loading medium charging nozzle mechanism having a pair of nozzles connected to the loading medium charging unit, a pipetter mechanism for dispensing samples to sample dispensing openings of the electrophoresis plates placed on the platens, a stacker mechanism for storing sample plates, a loading buffer solution supplying mechanism, a loading buffer solution dispensing mechanism connected to the loading buffer solution supplying mechanism, a power unit for allowing electrophoresis separation for each electrophoresis plate placed on the platens, and a detector for optically detecting components migrating through each electrophoresis flow channel of the electrophoresis plates.

摘要: In a sample injection method to a capillary plate, a first liquid is provided into a large-capacity reservoir and a small-capacity reservoir formed at a bottom of the large-capacity reservoir. A sample is dissolved in a second liquid having heavier specific gravity than the first liquid, and the sample dissolved in the second liquid is injected through the first liquid into the small-capacity reservoir.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an accurate positioning function with respect to an object and program generating an operation by depression and its depression release. The present invention provides a control device (1) for outputting an information in accordance with an operation with respect to an input device. The control device (1) comprises: a detection unit (8) for detecting a release of depression with respect to the input device; and an output unit (8) for outputting an information indicative of a depression with respect to the input device and an information indicative of a depression release when detecting a release of the depression.
