    摘要: An arm 21 has a shape for grasping a part in a circumferential direction of a tool holder 7. The arm 21 is connected to the tool holder 7 with a bolt 23 inserted into a fixing hole 22 provided in a base side portion of the arm 21. A tapped hole 25 used for exchangeably attaching a cutting tool 24 is formed in a tip side portion of the arm 21. A groove part 26 extending in parallel to an axis of the tool holder 7 is formed in a position close to the base portion of the arm 21. Owing to the groove part 26, the arm 21 works as an elastic hinge when an external force is applied, so as to increase or decrease a radial dimension of the cutting tool 24 while keeping its parallelism to the axis of the tool.

A transportation vehicle (300) of non-self-propelled type moves on the rails (18) by the driving power of a wire (20). The placement table (450) moves up and down with a workpiece placed thereon between the transportation vehicle (300) and the working blocks (A, B). Transfer of work is effected by moving the placement table (450) up and down, and adjusting the height of the placement table (450) to the height of the transportation vehicle (300) or to the height of the working blocks (A, B). Further, the transportation vehicle (300) has a wire gripping mechanism (350) for gripping the wire (20), and workpiece placement plates (326a, 326b) for placing the workpiece thereon.

    摘要: A non-round hole boring device capable of machining a work in a desired cross sectional shape by a simple configuration. The non-round hole boring device (1) comprises cylindrical arbors (11, 21), shafts (12, 22) stored in the arbors (11, 21), respectively, a cutting tool (13) attached to the outer peripheral surface of the arbor (11), a cam (121) formed on the shaft (12) and pressing the cutting tool (13), a first rotary encoder (252), a second rotary encoder (241), an arbor motor (23) for rotatingly driving the arbors (11, 21), a shaft motor (24) for rotatingly driving the shafts (12, 22), and a controller (40). The controller (40) advances or retards the phases of the rotating angles of the shafts (12, 22) relative to the phases of the rotating angles of the arbors (11, 21), respectively, while rotating the arbors (11, 21) and the shafts (12, 22) in synchronism with each other, respectively. Consequently, the cutting tool (13) is pressed by the cam (121) to adjust the projecting dimension of the cutting tool (13).
