摘要: A plurality of working blocks (A, B) are connected by rails (18). A branched transporting mechanism (100) is disposed at the intersections of the rails (18). A transportation vehicle (300) of non-self-propelled type moves on the rails (18) by the driving power of a wire (20). A placement table (450) is positioned in the vicinity of the working blocks (A, B). The placement table (450) moves up and down with a workpiece placed thereon between the transportation vehicle (300) and the working blocks (A, B). Transfer of work is effected by moving the placement table (450) up and down, and adjusting the height of the placement table (450) to the height of the transportation vehicle (300) or to the height of the working blocks (A, B). Further, the transportation vehicle (300) has a wire gripping mechanism (350) for gripping the wire (20), and workpiece placement plates (326a, 326b) for placing the workpiece thereon.

摘要: The present invention provides a library apparatus which is capable of ensuring the specification accuracy of a reference flag and a diagnostic cell to make sure the error correction at the initial stage (initial operation) while facilitating the accuracy adjustment of the reference flag and the diagnostic cell, thus allowing the certain insertion/extraction of a cartridge into/from a storage unit or a deck by an accessor. In the library apparatus according to this invention, the reference flag to be read out by a sensor on the accessor side to detect the absolute position of the accessor is disposed close to and integrated with the diagnostic cell into and from which a diagnostic cartridge is inserted and extracted by the accessor to verify the operation of the accessor. This invention is applicable to a large-capacity external storage system storing a large number of cartridges such as magnetic tape cartridges and optical disk cartridges.

摘要: A second enclosure defines the backside superposed on a first enclosure for relative rotation around a rotation axis set perpendicular to the front surface of the first enclosure in an electronic apparatus. First, second and third flat surfaces are defined on the backside of the second enclosure at positions inside the contour of the second enclosure. The receiving pieces receive the first flat surface when the second enclosure is set in the reference attitude. When the second enclosure is set in the lateral attitude by rotation by plus or minus 90 degrees, the second flat surface or the third flat surface is received on the receiving pieces behind the second enclosure. Even if friction resulting from the contact roughens the first, second and third surfaces, the asperity and scratches on the surfaces are hidden behind the second enclosure.

摘要: A manufacturing apparatus, of a grinding stone which is manufactured by attaching abrasive grains respectively having polyhedral shapes in which mutually opposed surfaces are parallel to each other to a base member, is provided with: an abrasive grains classifying apparatus adapted to classify the abrasive grains based on sizes of the abrasive grains defined by face-to-face distances between the mutually opposed surfaces; and an attaching apparatus adapted to attach the abrasive grains classified by the abrasive grains classifying apparatus to the base member. The attaching apparatus is provided with: a template which is disposed above the base member to be movable with respect to the base member and formed with a guide hole through which the classified abrasive grains pass; a vibration generator connected to the template or the base member and adapted to apply a vibration to the abrasive grains passing through the template; and an electrolytic deposition bath adapted to electrolytic deposit the abrasive grains passing through the template.

摘要: A safe and efficient machining process design is realized by extracting the unmachined shape and by three-dimensionally visualizing the unmachined shape without generating a machining track. The present device 1 comprises a displacement unit 2 for displacing a machining tool on the surface of a three-dimensional product shape model at arbitrary positions without causing interference between the product shape model and the machining tool, a detection unit 3 for detecting a distance between the arbitrary position and the machining tool, and a preparation unit 4 for preparing the three-dimensional unmachined shape by using the minimum value of the distance obtained for each point on the surface of the shape model when the arbitrary point is moved.
