    摘要: Provided is a technique to secure compositional or microstructural uniformity of a ceramic sintered body while increasing the area of the ceramic sintered boy, thus improving basic performance including non-linearity, maximum withstand energy and aging characteristics. A plurality of small varistor pieces 11 and insulating resin are kneaded and extruded for shaping, whereby a sheet-form varistor layer 13 can be formed where a plurality of small varistor pieces 11 are spaced from one another and are aligned on the same plane, and the adjacent small varistor pieces 11 are bonded via insulating resin.

    摘要: A rotor is accommodated in a yoke housing. Six magnets are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner circumferential surface of the yoke housing so as to face the rotor. The core is generally cylindrical and includes an annular portion at an anti-output side and a balance at an output side. The magnets have six poles so as to effectively narrow a basal path width of the core in which the line of magnetic force concentrates most and magnetic saturation is likely to occur most. This reduces the diameter of the core. Therefore, the motor is effectively miniaturized in the axial direction and in the radial direction without complicating the formation steps.

    摘要: A pump apparatus includes a motor unit and a pump unit. The motor unit includes a cylindrical yoke housing and a rotor accommodated in the yoke housing. A rotary shaft of the rotor is supported by a first bearing and a second bearing. In a direction from a bottom wall of the yoke housing toward an opening of the yoke housing, the first bearing, an armature, a commutator, and a second bearing are arranged in this order on the rotary shaft. A base plate is attached to the opening of the yoke housing. The base plate has a through hole for receiving the second bearing. The commutator has an outer diameter greater than the inner diameter of the through hole. A disc spring is located between the bottom wall and the first bearing. The disc spring urges the rotor in a direction from the bottom wall toward the opening.
