摘要： Ghrelin is acylated by ghrelin O-acyltransferase. Ghrelin O-acyltransferase assays comprise contacting a mixture of ghrelin and recombinant ghrelin O-acyltransferase with an agent; and detecting a resultant decrease in acylation of the ghrelin by the acyltransferase.
