The present invention concerns a nitrogen-free and sulfur-free odorant for hydrogen gas containing at least one acrylic acid C1-C6-alkyl ester and acetophenone, its use for the odorization of hydrogen gas, a process for the odorization of hydrogen gas and hydrogen gas containing an odorant according to the invention.

A measuring instrument has a first section for rolling a wheelset under lateral guidance of the wheelset into a measurement section with an auxiliary rail for supporting the wheelset on the outer edges of its wheels and a third section for rolling out the wheelset into the railway track, with the first and third section of the measuring instrument also designed as track panels and for which the optical beam devices under the measurement section are intended. The first and third section of the measuring instrument are flexibly embedded in the ballast of the superstructure of the railway track, while at least one of the optical beam devices is mounted vibration-free on the formation of the railway track in a pre-determined position in relation to the measurement section of the measuring instrument with no contact to the other parts of the measuring instrument.

A dielectric barrier discharge (DBD-) lamp (1) comprising a discharge volume (2) which is delimited by a first and a second wall (4, 5) is disclosed, wherein both walls (4, 5) are exposed to different electrical potentials by means of a power supply (11) for exciting a gas discharge within the discharge volume (2). By providing at least one electrically conductive ignition aid or igniter which extends within the discharge volume (2) and which electrically contacts the first and the second wall (4, 5) with each other, a significant reduction of the initial ignition voltage of the lamp (1) can be obtained, especially after long pauses of operation of the lamp (1).

It is provided a dielectric barrier discharge lamp (10) for providing ultraviolet light, comprising an outer tube (12) filled with a discharge gas for providing ultraviolet light, an inner tube (14) arranged at least partially inside the outer tube (12), an outer electrode (16) electrically connected to the outer tube (12) and an inner electrode (18) electrically connected to the inner tube (14), wherein the inner electrode (18) comprises a conductor (20) and a plurality of an conductive granulated material (22) for providing an electrical contact between the conductor (20) and the inner tube (14). Due to the conductive granulated material (22) an electrical contact between the conductor (20) and the inner tube (14) is safeguarded and different thermal expansions of the inner electrode (18) and the inner tube (14) are compensated at the same time without applying mechanical stress to the inner tube (14). This leads to a dielectric barrier discharge lamp (10), which comprises an increased life time without the need for external cooling.

Described is a mixture for producing a combi-bar floating in water at 20° C. (floating combi-bar), the mixture comprising or (essentially) consisting of: v) 20-50 wt. %, preferably 25-40 wt. %, of one or more non-soap surfactants, preferably solid non-soap surfactants, vi) 25-60 wt. %, preferably 35-55 wt. %, of one or more free C14-C18 fatty acids, vii) 2-40 wt. %, preferably 5-25 wt. %, of one or more metal C8-C24 fatty acid soaps, and viii) 0-20 wt. %, preferably 2-20 wt. %, of further ingredients, said mixture containing less than 10 wt. % of water as a further ingredient.
