    摘要: In one embodiment, a first signal line is arranged on a first insulating substrate and extending in a first direction. A second signal line extends in a second direction orthogonally crossing the first direction. A first electrode is formed between the second signal lines extending in the second direction on the first insulating substrate. A color filter layer is formed on a second insulating substrate facing the first substrate. A second electrode is formed of opaque wiring material on the color filter layer facing the first insulating substrate and extending in the second direction on the both sides sandwiching the first electrode. An edge of the color filter layer is located above the second signal line.
