Abstract:
A guiding means at a joint including groove and tenon preferably intended to be joined with glue. The tenon and/or groove includes guiding wedges.
Abstract:
A guiding means at a joint comprising groove (1) and tenon (2) preferably intended to be joined with glue. The tenon (2) and/or groove (1) includes guiding wedges (3).
Abstract:
A guiding element at a joint between boards, the joint including groove and tongue preferably intended to be joined by the use of glue. The tongue includes at least one guiding wedge. A fitting clearance between the tongue and the groove includes a first fitting clearance and a second, guiding, fitting clearance. The second, guiding, fitting clearance is obtained through the guiding wedges which are arranged parallel to the extension of the joint. The first fitting clearance comprises the main part of the fit and the second, guiding fitting clearance comprises a smaller part of the fit. The first fitting clearance is in the range 0.1-1 mm, while the second, guiding, fitting clearance is in the range 0.01-0.2 mm. The tongue of the joint is provided with at least one equalizing recess so that at least one equalizing cavity is formed in the joint, which equalizing cavity receives surplus glue used during the joining.

Abstract:
A flooring panel or wall panel (20) is provided with a tongue (1) and a groove (2) each comprising cooperating locking means in the form of ribs (11, 12) and grooves (9, 10). The locking means of the upper side and lower side of the tongue (1) and groove (2) respectively are arranged staggered in an insertion direction in which the two panels to be joined to each other are joined to configure a firm joint between two adjoining panels at which an additional surface portion (31; 32; 51) step (31) is provided at the surface area of the upper cheek (3) facing the groove (2) and/or of the lower cheek (5) of the groove which is formed as a step (31) or bevel (32: 51).
Abstract:
A process for the manufacturing of longitudinal profile such as a tongue and a groove on boards wherein the process includes the steps; a) shaping a substantial part of the profile cross-section by means of milling with a milling tool Fine shaping undercuts in at least the groove of the board by means of broaching utilizing at least one broaching tool.
Abstract:
Vertically joined flooring material comprising floor boards (1), which floor boards (1) are provided with edges (2) which are provided with a groove (2′), a lower side (5) and a decorative top surface (3). The floor boards (1) are intended to be joined by means of separate joining profiles (10). All edges (2) are provided with one groove (4) each, which grooves (4) are arranged parallel to its respective edge (2). The joining profiles (10) are provided with lips (11) arranged in pairs, which lips (11) each are intended to be received by the groove (4) of a floor board (1) guiding and fixing adjacent floor boards (1) horizontally. The joining profile (10) is provided with a central cheek section (13) which is comprised by a first and a second independently resilient cheek (13′ and 13″ respectively). The cheek (13′ and 13″ respectively) are provided with one tongue (14′ and 14″ respectively) each whereby the tongues (14′ and 14″ respectively) are intended to be received by one groove (2′) each so that adjacent floor boards (1) are guided in a vertical direction.
