A plank including a resilient composite sheet having four sides, an upper surface, a lower surface, and an overall thickness, and said composite sheet comprising at least one base layer, wherein said at least one base layer comprising at least one polymeric material and at least one filler, wherein opposite sides of the composite sheet comprise a first tongue on a first side and a first groove on the opposite second side, wherein the first tongue and first groove have complementary shape to each other to be interlockingly engageable with a corresponding groove or tongue on an adjacent floor plank.

Abstract: A panel including a core, a top side, an underside, a first edge pair and a second edge pair. The first edge pair has a groove profile at a panel edge and a complementary tongue profile at the opposite panel edge, which are lockable by a pivotal movement so that in the locked state vertical locking is achieved and movement of locked panels away from each other in the plane of the panels is opposed. At its opposite panel edges the second edge pair has a receiving hook and a complementary arresting hook. The arresting hook can be assembled to the receiving hook by a joining movement in a plane perpendicular to the panel plane simultaneously by the pivotal movement for the first edge pair. The receiving hook or the arresting hook has a holding groove for a separate locking element that provides vertical locking. A butting surface and a counterpart butting surface are provided at least at the second edge pair. The butting surface is at the receiving hook and the counterpart butting surface is at the arresting hook and both are substantially orthogonally relative to the panel top side. The counterpart butting surface or the butting surface has at least one sealing nipple. The butting surface or the counterpart butting surface has at least one sealing groove matching the sealing nipple in positively locking relationship at the panel edge and the sealing nipple and the sealing groove are respectively arranged parallel to the panel edge in question and extend over the entire length of the butting surface and the counterpart butting surface respectively.

Abstract: A glass anchoring system, for securing a pair of adjacent panels of structural glass to a mid support beam and creating a walkable glass. Each panel has a fastening edge and has an upper pane, a middle pane, and a lower pane. The middle pane has a cutout along the fastening edge. A pair of blocks fit within the cutouts and are laminated within the panels. When the panels are positioned upon the mid support beam, the blocks face each other across a gap between the adjacent panels. A connecting bar extends across the gap and into both of the blocks. A bolt extends in the gap, downwardly through the connecting bar, and tightens against the connecting bar as it secures to the mid support beam.

Abstract: In a balcony comprising parallel transverse boards forming a floor, transverse joists and longitudinal parallel joists supporting the transverse boards, the installation of a watertight underdeck membrane above each pair of longitudinal joists protects the structure from decomposing by recuperating water infiltrating between boards. The membrane comprises flat sloped zones and a foldable gutter shaped zone between two flat zones. The gutter zone becomes progressively deeper from upstream till downstream by stretching it with fingers. At the most upstream point of the balcony, above the first transverse joist attached against a wall of a construction, the gutter zone is completely flattened to bend the membrane and put it against the wall, thus acting as a flashing which collects water flowing along the wall before infiltrating into joists. The membrane is rollable for facilitating transportation and also to cut at a desired length according to balcony length for avoiding unnecessary junction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a sealing strip and a floor tile unit. The sealing strip has two edge strips intersecting each other. Each edge strip of the sealing strip is sandwiched in a gap between floor tiles and a gap between baseplates of the floor tile unit, ends of adjacent edge strips of adjacent sealing strips are connected with each other in both a gap between the adjacent baseplates and a gap between the adjacent floor tiles.
