    摘要: A process for producing a component from a curable material, a new layer of the material being printed in periodically recurring steps in a 3D printing process onto a layer located thereunder so as to have lower reinforcing elements which protrude above the top of this new layer, and also relates to a component produced by a corresponding process. Known processes and components do not allow reinforcement over a large surface area.
    The object of designing a process in such a way that the reinforcement thereof withstands high loads is achieved by providing that, after each layer has been printed, upper reinforcing elements are connected to the lower reinforcing elements so as to extend said lower reinforcing elements and so as to form the lower reinforcing elements of the subsequent layer.

The hollow profiled round tubes can be guided in the central part in the longitudinal direction of the hollow profiled rectangular tube by means of contact region lying against the guides so as to achieve the telescopability of the end parts.

    摘要: A locking mechanism for locking an inner tube with an outer tube of an adjustable telescopic push-pull prop assembly is disclosed. The locking mechanism includes a slotted prop nut having a slot and adapted to move in either direction when rotated on the outer tube having threads, a guiding ring adapted to be accommodated in the slot of the slotted prop nut, and a captive grooved pin assembly adapted to be accommodated in the guiding ring for locking and unlocking the inner tube and the outer tube such that the slotted prop nut encases the guiding ring and the captive grooved pin assembly. The positioning of the captive grooved pin assembly is such that it does not hinder the rotation of the slotted prop nut.
