    摘要: Elevator control system, comprising an elevator control device for operating an elevator car which is adapted to be operated within an elevator shaft, and an inspection control station configured to communicate with the elevator control device for operating at least one function of an elevator system in an inspection or maintenance operation mode, and configured for attachment at a storing location, wherein the storing location is at the elevator car or within the elevator shaft or in proximity of the elevator shaft. The inspection control station is adapted to be detachable from the storing location and configured to operate as remote inspection control station when detached from the storing location through wireless communication with the elevator control device, and is configured to be movable and operable in the inspection or maintenance operation mode from inside and outside of the elevator car and within the elevator shaft.

    摘要: In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an electronic safety system for elevators for preventing unsafe elevator operation has a central controller which monitors a variety of sensors, contacts, and switches over an electronic safety bus. A plurality of bus nodes are distributed throughout the elevator system and are in constant communication with the central controller over the safety bus. The bus nodes interface with sensors, switches, contacts, detectors, components, and other safety equipment of the elevator system at each location and provide status information back to the controller. The controller consists of a microprocessor board with an input/output port in communication with the safety bus and bus nodes. Upon sensing an unsafe condition, the controller sends control signals to an elevator control system and a drive and brake system to arrest the elevator car in a safe manner.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an elevator control system (1), comprising an elevator control device (2) for operating an elevator car (12) which is adapted to be operated within an elevator shaft (18), and an inspection control station (3) configured to communicate with the elevator control device (2) for operating at least one function of an elevator system (10) in an inspection or maintenance operation mode, and configured for attachment at a storing location (71,72) of the elevator system (10), wherein the storing location (71,72) is at the elevator car (12) or within the elevator shaft (18) or in proximity of the elevator shaft (18). The inspection control station (3) is adapted to be detachable from the storing location (71,72) and configured to operate as remote inspection control station when detached from the storing location (71,72) through wireless communication with the elevator control device (2), and is configured to be movable and operable in the inspection or maintenance operation mode from inside and outside of the elevator car (12) and within the elevator shaft (18). The disclosure also relates to an elevator system (10) comprising such elevator control system (1).

    摘要: A device and method for detecting a misaligned or missing step of a conveyor are disclosed. The missing step detector includes various sensors for detecting the drive speed of the conveyor and for detecting the presence of pallets or steps. The sensor output signals are correlated to determine fixed values characteristic of the specific conveyor in question. Using the fixed values as reference, the missing step detector is able to effectively monitor the conveyor for misaligned or missing steps independent of conveyor speed and time.
