摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a full-ceramic dental restoration, comprising heat pressing of a tooth coloured pressing glass on a fully or partially supporting structure of yttria doped tetragonal zirconia (YT/P), comprised of yttria doped tetragonal zirconia ceramic having a grain size, as measured by the linear intercept method, of less than 0.6 μm, wherein the pressing glass has a thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) of between 9.0 and 1.0 μm/m.K measured in the range of from 25 to 500° C.) and wherein the pressing glass has a pressing temperature of between 750 and 1000° C. In a further aspect, the invention relates to a full-ceramic dental restoration, comprising a fully or partially supporting structure of yttria doped tetragonal zirconia (YTZP) and a heat pressed tooth coloured pressing glass. which restoration is modelled to be in occlusal contact with opposing teeth and in mesio-distal contact with neighbouring teeth.

In order to achieve reproducible discharge of a defined quantity of free-flowing medium in an uncomplicated design, and since there is no requirement for re-usability after emptying the storage container, the invention proposes that the slider (20) be connected to at least one spring element (26, 28), which admits a force upon the slider to align the receptacle (80) with the first receptacle (40), and that the receptacle can be secured by a lock element (34) in a position aligned with the second outlet (50).

摘要: A holding device comprises a cylindrical or prismatic, porous ceramic blank and elements for clamping in a machine tool for processing the blank by removing material, in order to produce a ceramic workpiece. A narrow frame is fixed by an adhesive connection over at least part of the periphery of the blank, which is held without stresses, in the area of a plane encompassing the longitudinal middle axis (A) of the blank. The frame only covers a small part of the surface of the blank and can be detached and held in a stable holder with a clamping adapter, in such a way that it cannot slide. The entire combination is fixed in the machine tool in such a way as to be resistant to twisting and sliding. The ceramic workpiece emerges continuously form the ceramic blank without predetermination of the advance direction, until holding segments which can then only be freely selected according to number and location have been formed. The holding segments end on the residual material of the blank in the area of the frame or on the frame itself. The holding device is used especially as a workpiece for producing fully ceramic dental prostheses, particularly crowns or bridges.
