    摘要: A battery-powered motorized window treatment for controlling the position of a covering material includes a motor drive unit having a belt drive. The motor drive includes a motor for rotating a drive shaft to thus raise and lower the covering material and is powered by one or more batteries. The belt drive includes a belt that surrounds a first pulley coupled to the motor and a second pulley, which operates to rotate the drive shaft. The belt drive isolates noise generated by the motor from the gears and parts of the motor drive unit and the motorized window treatment. The belt drive includes rollers for holding the belt on the pulleys, and the belt is sized to reduce the load on the motor, such that the motor draws less current from the batteries. As a result, the batteries have a much longer lifetime than those of a typical prior art battery-powered motorized window treatment.

    摘要: A drapery system for moving a suspended drapery fabric allows the drapery fabric to be decoupled from a drive system, such that the drapery fabric may be manually moved. The drapery system comprises a master car comprising a driven portion and a non-driven portion. The driven portion is coupled to a drive belt of the drive system, while the non-driven portion is coupled to the drapery fabric. The master car comprises a spring having a snap adapted to be received in a snap-receiving structure, such that the driven portion is coupled to the non-driven portion. The non-driven portion is operable to move in response to movement of the drive belt to move the drapery fabric when the non-driven portion is coupled to the driven portion. The non-driven portion is operable to be decoupled from the driven portion, such that the position of the drapery fabric may be manually adjusted.
