    Abstract: A sublimation printing production line for a workpiece having a cylindrical outer surface includes a sublimation paper loading station, workpiece wrapping station, a baking station, and a sublimation paper dismantling stations. The sublimation paper loading station has a workpiece conveyor belt and a sublimation paper conveyor belt that operate synchronously and in parallel. The sublimation paper is positioned on to an elastic fastening jacket, which is then tightly wrapped around the workpiece with the ends buckled together to secure the sublimation paper to the workpiece and making the sublimation image clearer, more colorful, and ensuring the quality of the sublimation.

The lid is hindgedly attached to the lid base, with a locking and release assembly with a selectively locking and unlocking button that is linked to a rocker latch defined by an inner locking hook and an outer locking hook. The lid includes a catch inner hook engageable to the inner locking hook on the rocker latch, and a catch outer look engageable to the outer locking hook on the rocker latch.

    Abstract: A heat transfer process on to a stainless steel cup with a dark surface involves a stainless steel dark surface treatment layer arranged on a base layer of the outer circular surface of the cup body. The stainless steel dark surface treatment layer is sequentially arranged as at least one wire screen printing layer, a resin layer, and a thermal transfer image layer. The is one or several screen printing layers on the dark rough surface to fill up the rough pits on the dark surface to form a smooth surface and then a thermal transfer resin coating is applied, followed by heat transfer printing. A colorful personalized product can thus be produced from the cup.

    Abstract: A sublimation furnace has a first endless conveyor belt extending along a first axis through the furnace, with a chamber extending above and along that first conveyor belt. Vacuum trays placed on the first belt have products abutting sublimation images to be transferred to the product as the trays pass through the furnace. The furnace has a first sidewall with a slot extending along the sidewall and along the first conveyor belt. A second endless conveyor belt extends along but offset from the first axis. A plurality of vacuum pumps are connected to the second conveyor belt and move with that belt, with each pump connected by a hose passing through the slot during use of the furnace to a different vacuum tray on the first conveyor in order to evacuate the vacuum trays and press the images against the product for sublimation transfer.

    Abstract: A sublimation furnace has a cylindrical shape with a V-shaped access opening covered by a door having a curved cover and triangular top that rotate about a longitudinal furnace axis. Curtains on each side of the access opening reduce heat loss while loading or unloading workpieces from a rotating support. A plenum is formed between inner and outer walls of the furnace with a fan circulating heated air through the furnace and plenum and through holes in the rotating support. A furnace control panel is mounted on a multi-axis support fastened to the furnace or a movable support holding the furnace.
