    摘要: The present invention is a method and apparatus used to transmit information to the surface from a subsurface location during the process of drilling a bore hole comprising a pressure pulse generator or “pulser” coupled to a sensor package, a controller, an active electromagnetic system for subsurface collision avoidance, and a battery power source all of which reside inside a short section of drill pipe close to the bit at the bottom of the bore hole being drilled wherein the apparatus or “MWD Tool” can be commanded from the surface to make a measurement of desired parameters and transmit this information to the surface by encoding data in pressure pulses generated by a pulser valve that includes a stator and a rotor which may be open and closed to create pressure pulses.

    摘要: Methods for inhibiting the corrosion of metals in contact with an aqueous system are provided. The method of inhibiting corrosion includes maintaining effective amounts of (1) an amino acid-based polymer, such as a polyaspartic acid compound, and (2) a dispersible and/or soluble tin compound in the aqueous system. The corrosion inhibiting components of the treatment may be added simultaneously or separately into the water of the aqueous system, i.e., provided either in a single treatment product or as separate products. Such a corrosion inhibiting method may optionally also include adding a polycarboxylic acid chelating agent and/or a carboxylate/sulfonate functional copolymer to the aqueous system.

    摘要: There is provided a system and method for optimized filtered data feeds to capture data and send to multiple destinations. There is provided a system comprising a memory and a processor. The memory has a database associating data feed patterns to one or more of a plurality of destinations. The processor captures data from a data feed having a data feed destination, stores the data in the memory, compares the data feed with the data feed patterns in the database to determine matched patterns, retrieves one or more destinations associated with the matched patterns, and sends the data to the data feed destination and the retrieved destinations. There is also provided a system comprising data feed sources, destinations, a network connected to the data feed sources and the destinations, and a server configured to intercept and route network traffic on the network, the server including a memory and a processor.
