摘要： A flexible fluid storage system for holding large volumes of fluid and a process and apparatus for the handling and transportation of the flexible storage system is provided. The flexible storage system includes a main storage bag with an attachment apron with fingers, a ground sheet, a lay flat tube for fluid circulation, a pressure release port, and fill/drain ports. The flexible storage system is configured for attachment to a trailer and reel system such that the flexible storage system can be mechanically rolled onto or off of a reel on a semi-truck trailer bed for easy transportation, deployment, and storage of the flexible storage system.

摘要： The present invention relates to LED assemblies used to replace bulbs in streetlights or similar illumination sources. The LED assemblies are self contained and comprise modules for the function and control of the LED assembly. The LED assembly can include additional capability for sensors and for communication external to the LED assembly. The LED assembly can include advanced features that can be remotely activated. The LED assembly fits within the same volume as the bulb it is replacing and therefore does not require the removal or addition of other hardware during the replacement of the bulb with the LED assembly.

摘要： A decal has multiple temperature sensors that individually appear within certain concealing features of the decal in accordance with different prescribed temperatures, otherwise blending into the concealing features and thereby disappearing into the design. The decal may depict an image of an animal, fish, flower, abstract form, or another design, such as a photograph, cartoon, sketch, or other representation. The image includes multiple separate concealing features, such as spots, fins, flower petals, abstract shapes, or other components of the decal's image. These features may have one color in common, or different concealing features may have different colors. The feature color(s) contrasts with one or more background colors in the design, which serve to visually separate the concealing features. The temperature sensors are scattered throughout the design in a visually pleasing manner. Importantly, the sensors are placed within the concealing features, where the non-activated color of each temperature sensor matches its surrounding concealing feature. Thus, non-activated sensors become completely camouflaged within their surrounding feature color(s). The temperature sensors comprise a formulation that reacts to changes in temperature by changing color, and may comprise a thermochromic liquid crystal (TLC) material, for instance. Each temperature sensor is activated by a different ambient temperature range.

摘要： A processing system is set forth that includes a processor, read only memory storing an operating system image file accessible by the processor, and random access memory that is also accessible by the processor. The processing system also includes a boot program that is executable by the processor to initialize the processing system in response, for example, to a power-on event, reset event, or a wake-up event. A power-on event occurs when power is initially provided to the processing system while a wake-up event occurs when the processing system is to exit a low-power mode of operation. A reset event occurs when, for example, a fault is detected that causes the system to restart. The boot program selectively performs a full boot copy of the operating system image file from the read only memory to the random access memory or a fast boot copy of only predetermined portions of the operating system image file from the read only memory to the random access memory. For example, the boot program may execute the full boot copy operation in response to the power-on event and the fast boot copy operation in response to the wake-up event and/or reset event. Further, the boot program may limit execution of the fast boot copy operation to those instances in which the random access memory passes an integrity check of the contents of one or more areas containing selected portions of the operating system copied from the read only memory during a prior full boot copy operation.

摘要： A load securement device may comprise an extendable pole and a plurality of attachments. The device may be operable to manipulate a tie down of a cargo trailer. As non-limiting examples, the tie down may be a cargo strap, a cargo chain, or an elastic cord used to secure a cargo or to secure a tarp over the cargo. The extendable pole may be lengthened to reach the top of the cargo. The extendable pole may be shortened to take up less space for storage. The plurality of attachments may alter a distal end of the extendable pole to enable the extendable pole to perform multiple tasks necessary for securing the cargo. As non-limiting examples, the plurality of attachments may enable the extendable pole to toss the cargo strap, to pull the cargo strap, or lift a hard corner.
