摘要: A foam sheet includes a polylactic acid resin composition that includes a polylactic acid resin and inorganic particles. The polylactic acid resin includes 98 mol % or greater of D-lactic acid or L-lactic acid that is a constituent monomer unit of the polylactic acid resin. An amount of the polylactic acid resin is 98% by mass or greater relative to a total amount of organic matter of the foam sheet. The inorganic particles include grains of sheet silicate. The grains of the sheet silicate have a mean volume diameter of 10 μm or greater and 200 μm or less, and an aspect ratio of 10 or greater and 100 or less. An amount of the grains of the sheet silicate in the foam sheet is 2% by mass or less.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a molded body. The method includes: producing a foam sheet having a crystallinity degree A of 7.5% or less by using a composition containing polylactic acid comprising 98 mol % or more of any one among a D-isomer of lactic acid and an L-isomer of lactic acid as a constituent monomer unit; and molding the foam sheet with heat to produce a molded body, and a difference (B−A) between the crystallinity degree A of the foam sheet and the crystallinity degree B of the molded body is 20.0% or more and 40.0% or less.

摘要: A foam sheet includes a polylactic acid resin composition that includes a polylactic acid resin and an epoxy group-containing compound including two or more epoxy groups per molecule. The polylactic acid resin has a weight average molecular weight of 180,000 or greater and 320,000 or less. The polylactic acid resin has a terminal hydroxyl group content of 0.3 or greater and 1.4 or less. An amount of the polylactic acid resin is 98% by mass or greater relative to a total amount of organic matter of the foam sheet. The epoxy group-containing compound has an epoxy equivalent of 170 or greater and 350 or less. The foam sheet has cold crystallization enthalpy of 20 J/g or greater and recrystallization enthalpy of 20 J/g or greater.
