    摘要: An adjustable bracket device for selectively mounting on buildings a plurality of rain gutters of different sizes and shapes, includes a base having an elongate mounting member and an integral arm member projecting outwardly therefrom. An extension member is attachable to the arm member in multiple overlapping relationships forming the assembled arm and extension members of differing collective lengths. The base is disposed within a selected gutter in a substantially vertical orientation with the mounting member abutted against the back wall of the gutter and is secured to a vertical building wall via a fastener penetrated through mounting member and through the back wall of the gutter. The collective overlapping length of the arm and extension members is selected to conform to the width of the selected gutter to extend laterally across the full channel width of the gutter into supporting engagement with the front wall of the gutter.

The system includes a set of pallets which support the apparatus and travel within parallel driving conveyors of the conveyor belt assembly. While the pallets in both driving conveyors are capable of rotation, only the pallets in one of the driving conveyors may move in a direction perpendicular to the direction of travel so that the apparatus may be centred over the conveyor belt assembly when the pallets are in motion.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of radially expanding a tubular element extending into a wellbore formed in an earth formation, the tubular element including a first layer and a second layer extending around the first layer, said layers being separable from each other. The method comprises inducing each layer to bend radially outward and in an axially reverse direction so as to form an expanded tubular section extending around a remaining tubular section of the tubular element, wherein each layer has a respective bending zone in which the bending occurs, and increasing the length of the expanded tubular section by inducing the respective bending zones of the layers to move in an axial direction relative to the remaining tubular section. The layers in the respective bending zones are separate from each other so as to define an axial space between the layers.
