摘要: The invention relates a powder material consisting of coated particles for a powder-based rapid generative prototyping methods, in particular by compressing a 3D binder. Said powder material consists of individual plastic, metal and/or ceramic particles and/or granules. A coating essentially consists of an adhesive agent which can be activated by a liquid binder, light or laser light, and of sinterable or glass-forming fine-grained material. Said invention also relates to a method for compressing 3D binder with the aid of an organic solvent having a water content less than 45% and to sintered bodies, in particular for moulding or precision mechanical engineering, which are fixed to each other by sintering or glass formation from a fine grained material.

摘要: The illustrated embodiment includes a selection device for the radiographic exposure values of each radiographic system, as well as a switching arrangement for connecting one of the radiographic systems in each instance to a common feed and control apparatus. The operating console is provided with representations of all associated radiographic systems. There is present for each radiographic system at least one signal lamp for the purpose of illuminating the representation of the radiographic system on the operating console, said signal lamp being a component of a monitoring device for monitoring the operational readiness and proper operation of the radiographic systems. It is possible to symbolically represent the path of rays of each radiographic system, and to associate with each radiation path symbol at least one signal lamp for the purpose of illumination which is likewise a component of the monitoring device.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for joining a hollow profiled section (1) to a component (2) of a vehicle which bears flat against it by means of soldering, with a solder (4) being introduced between the hollow profiled section (1) and the component (2) and then being liquefied by the introduction of energy and, as it solidifies, producing a fixed join between the hollow profiled section (1) and the component (2). To achieve a durable soldered join between the hollow profiled section (1) and a component (2) of any desired configuration which bears flat against it in a simple way, it is proposed that a hollow (3) is formed on the component (2), in that the solder (4) is deposited in the hollow (3), in that the component (2) is then positioned relative to the hollow profiled section (1) with the hollow opening (6) facing the hollow profiled section (1), and in that then, in the contact position, the component (2) is acted on by resistive electricity in the hollow region, with a compressive force being exerted on the hollow outer side (8) by means of a resistance-welding electrode.

摘要: A program control device for the photographic cycle is present, which contains an electronic read-only memory for each photographic program. A resettable pulse counter is actuated step-by-step by a clock pulse generator and controls the selected memory to deliver program signals predetermined by its program. The outputs of all read-only memories are connected to the component parts they control via a program selector circuit. A correction memory is controllable for the input of correction program elements and is connected in parallel to the read-only memories. A recognition memory controlled by the pulse counter is connected to the program selection circuit and the program steps to be corrected are storable therein, so that, upon reaching such a program step, the correction memory (60) supplies the program in place of the respectively selected read-only memory.

摘要: The manufacture and use of sacrificial molds for metal casting, in particular for sacrificial molds of green ceramic. For production of the ceramic cast mold one frequently resorts to slip-casting in which the shaping of the mold is brought about by casting of liquid slip into the original mold. Bubbles or blisters frequently occur in this casting, which in the later mold lead to not tolerable surface and joint faults of the mold. This can only partially be counteracted by employment of so-called boosting and careful pouring. It is thus the task of the invention to provide a process for production of mold cores of slip ceramic for metal casting, in which the problem of bubbles or blisters is at least reduced. The invention is solved by using a porous original mold. This provides the advantage, that enclosed or trapped air bubbles or blisters can escape through the pores of the original mold, while the slip on the basis of its surface tension cannot penetrate into the pores.
