摘要: A liquid conducting cotton atomization unit, including a heating member, a liquid conducting cotton and at least one supporting tube. The liquid conducting cotton is axially inserted in the heating member. The supporting tube is inserted in the liquid conducting cotton parallel to an axial direction thereof. The heating member includes a heating portion and two electrode portions respectively connected to two ends of the heating portion, the supporting tube is provided with at least one liquid outlet hole communicated with the heating portion. Liquid is conducted via the supporting tube, and is guided to the heating portion-via the liquid outlet hole, to solve the problem of high temperature and insufficient service life caused by insufficient liquid supply in center of the heating member. Meanwhile, the supporting tube can expand the outer diameter of the liquid conducting cotton, making the liquid conducting cotton fully contact with the heating member.

摘要: The present invention discloses an atomizing device, an atomizing assembly, and a manufacturing process of the atomizing assembly. The atomizing assembly includes a first liquid conducting member, a heating assembly and an electrode. The first liquid conducting member is flexible and configured for adsorbing an atomizable medium. The heating assembly is fixed to the first liquid conducting member through sewing. The electrode is connected to the heating assembly, so that the heating assembly heats and atomizes the atomizable medium in the first liquid conducting member when electrified. The heating material is fixed to the liquid conducting substrate based on the sewing principle, to form the atomizing assembly with good reliability, easy to batch production, and having good contact between the heating and the liquid conducting substrate.

摘要: A porous liquid conducting member with a smooth liquid conduction is provided, the liquid conducting member is of a porous material and provided with a hollow cavity therein, and includes an inner side and an outer side. The inner side or the outer side is configured to be in contact with a liquid, and is provided with an air exchange recess to form a thin-wall on the liquid conducting member. A wall thickness of the thin-wall is smaller than a wall thickness between the inner side and the outer side, enabling air to be conducted through the thin-wall. The air exchange recess is outside a heating area of the liquid conducting member, so that air can enter the liquid storage chamber through the air exchange recess during an atomizing process, to avoid porous channels in the heating area from being occupied by the air entering the liquid storage chamber.

摘要: The present invention provides a microporous ceramic atomizing core and method for preparing same. The microporous atomizing core includes raw materials in parts by mass as follows: 10 to 50 parts by mass of main material, 0 to 40 parts by mass of ceramic powder, 10 to 50 parts by mass of sintering aid, 0 to 20 parts by mass of pore-forming agent, 20 to 50 parts by mass of paraffin, and 0.1 to 2.0 parts by mass of surfactant. The main material includes one of diatomite, silicon dioxide aerogel powder and porous boron nitride, and the main material has a particle size of 200 mesh-1500 mesh. The microporous ceramic atomizing core of the present invention improves the porosity and liquid locking capacity of the atomizing core, ensures the sufficient atomization of the atomized liquid, and strengthens the use experience of the atomizing core.

摘要: Disclosed are a close-packed heating mechanism and an atomization device comprising the same. The close-packed heating mechanism includes heating circuits configured for evaporating liquid, and electrodes connected to a power supply unit. At least two heating circuits are disposed between the two electrodes in parallel to form a circuit group. The distance between adjacent heating circuits in the circuit group or the distance between at least parts of adjacent circuit groups is less than 0.5 mm to form a close-packed structure; or, the distance between at least parts of the adjacent heating circuits in the circuit group and the distance between at least parts of the adjacent circuit groups are less than 0.5 mm to form a close-packed structure; and the distance between other parts is greater than the distance in the close-packed structure. The atomization device includes a liquid transfer unit and the heating mechanism.
