Abstract: An enhanced push-button includes a keycap disposed on an elastic member and having a top surface and an opposing bottom surface, and a reinforcing member mounted on the bottom surface of the keycap and having an outer surface facing the elastic member and an abutting portion located on the outer surface. The abutting portion has a contact surface recessed on the outer surface. The elastic member extends into the abutting portion such that the contact surface is abutted against the elastic member for allowing the keycap to be pressed with the reinforcing member against the elastic member to trigger a circuit switch. The invention can have better overall structural rigidity and operating feel and can maintain the pressing quality of the push-button and is suitable for low profile keyboards.

Abstract: A control device capable of providing rotational damping through a magnetic force is provided directly at the base of an electronic product and includes a supporting member, an adjusting member, and two magnetic members. The supporting member is provided at the base. The adjusting member is rotatably provided on the supporting member. The adjusting member has a bottom portion corresponding to a switch pre-installed in the base. The adjusting member further has a head portion outside the base. The two magnetic members are provided on the supporting member and the adjusting member respectively. The two magnetic members generate a magnetic force therebetween and thereby change the rotational damping between the supporting member and the adjusting member.

Abstract: A light control type key switch assembly includes multiple key switch units each including a key switch holder and a key switch mounted in the key switch holder, multiple light receivers respectively mounted around one respective key switch holder, and a light-emitting unit including a light source and a light guide facing toward the light source and neighbored to each key switch holder for guiding the emitted light from the light source along a light path toward each light receiver. When the key switch is not pressed, the plunger of the respective key switch is kept away from the light path, and thus no electrical signal will be generated. When the key switch is pressed, the plunger of the respective key switch enters the light path, causing an electrical signal output.

Abstract: A keyboard includes a base, a key module, and a buffer unit. The base has a bottom wall and an inner periphery wall connected to the bottom wall. The key module is disposed in the base and has a printed circuit board assembly. The buffer unit is disposed in the base and includes a cantilever with a top end connected to the bottom surface of the printed circuit board assembly and a bottom end spaced from the bottom wall of the base, and a torsion spring sleeved on the cantilever and having two end portions abutted against the bottom wall of the base and the inner periphery wall of the base, respectively. Therefore, the keyboard of the present invention utilizes coordination of the cantilever and the torsion spring to provide excellent support, thus maintaining a good keypress feel while effectively eliminating noise and cushioning impact force.

Abstract: The invention provides a time-division multispectra detection device and method. The time-division multispectra detection device includes a plurality of light-emitting units of different wavelengths sequentially activatable by a control unit to emit one same wavelength of light onto an object at one same time. When one light-emitting unit is activated, the control unit synchronously activates the digital image sensing unit to obtain an image data of the object corresponding to one single wavelength of light from one respective light-emitting unit. After every spectrum image data is collected. A judgment of the human physiological characteristics of the object is performed, effectively reducing the overall costs.

Abstract: A keyboard includes a key frame, a support frame, a circuit board, a noise reduction frame, and a plurality of keys. The noise reduction frame accommodates the key frame, the support frame, and the circuit board.
