    摘要: A method of producing an n+p-mer oligonucleotide efficiently in a high yield, which includes use of, as a starting material, an n-mer oligonucleotide wherein the 3′-terminal hydroxyl group is protected, and the 5′-terminal hydroxyl group is protected by a temporary protecting group, and continuously performing, in a solution, (1) a deprotection step of the 5′-terminal hydroxyl group, (2) a 5′-terminal elongation step by the addition of a p-mer oligonucleotide wherein the 3′-position is phosphoramidited, and (3) an oxidation step or a sulfurization step of a phosphite triester moiety. The 3′-hydroxyl group of the n-mer oligonucleotide is protected by a solubilizing protecting group represented by formula: -L-Y—Z, where L is a group represented by formula (a1): Y is an oxygen atom, or NR wherein R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aralkyl group, and Z is a group represented by formula (a2):

First and second phase difference signals are generated from a reference signal and a compared signal by a phase comparator. The lock detection circuit determines the locked condition and generates a clock detection signal using only the first and second phase difference signals and does not require an external clock signal. The lock detection signal is generated independently of the frequencies of the reference signal and the compared signal.

    摘要: The invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor, in which suppression of image defects and high sensitivity are compatible, and a method for production thereof. The invention also provides a coating fluid for forming a photosensitive layer and a method for production thereof, as well as an image-forming apparatus using said electrophoto-graphic photoreceptor. Briefly, the electrophoto-graphic photoreceptors may be constructed by forming an undercoating layer on a conductive support, and then forming a photosensitive layer on the undercoating layer. The undercoating layer contains titanium oxide particles in at least either needle shape or dendrite shape. The photosensitive layer contains an electric charge-generating material of which the primary particle size and cohesive particle size are in a range of 0.01 &mgr;m-10 &mgr;m. Accordingly, in the electrophotographic photoreceptors, it is possible to maintain high sensitivity and excellent durability and to form an image with no defect. The photosensitive layer in the electrophotographic photoreceptor has a multilayer structure consisting of a charge-generating layer and a charge-transporting layer. The charge-generating material is a phthalocyanine pigment.

    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a highly characteristic image using an electrophotographic photoreceptor of which a charge-generating layer can be produced with a better coating property and which is highly sensitive and electrostatically highly stable in repeated use. The charge-generating layer of a function-separated type photoreceptor contains a n-type non-metallic phthalocyanine and a copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate type. Particularly, the ratio of the .tau.-type non-metallic phthalocyanine to the copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate type is fixed at 1/3-3/1 by weight. The thickness of the charge-generating layer is fixed at 0.1-0.6 .mu.m. As the copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate type, copolymers of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-maleic acid, or vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol are selected. Particularly, it is favorable to select those containing at least 10% by weight of the vinyl alcohol component. The charge-generating layer is formed with a liquid coating material using a ketone solvent as dispersant. The aforementioned photoreceptor is applied to an image-forming apparatus using an inversion development process.
