    摘要: Provided is a fuel pressure controller used in a fuel supply device of an automobile, and more particularly, is a fuel pressure controller in which an open-close ball insertion groove is formed to be protruded in one side direction within a valve pressing member formed to be opened by a predetermined area in a circumferential direction and in a radial direction to prevent separation of an open-close ball even at the time of an operation of a valve of the fuel pressure controller, such that pressure may be accurately controlled and noise may be reduced. The fuel pressure controller 1000 of a fuel supply device includes: a valve 100 having a hollow part 130 formed therein and inlet and outlet ports 110 and 120 provided at both ends of the hollow part 130 to thereby control a flow of fuel, the hollow part 130 having the fuel flowing therethrough; open-close balls 200 and 201 opening or closing the outlet port 120; a disk shaped valve pressing member 300 including first opening parts 310 formed to penetrate through upper and lower surfaces thereof so that a predetermined area thereof is opened in a circumferential direction and second opening parts 320 formed to penetrate through the upper and lower surfaces thereof so that a predetermined area thereof is opened in a radial direction and pressing the open-close balls 200 and 201 toward the outlet port 120; and a housing 400 receiving the valve 100 and the valve pressing member 300 therein.

The impeller includes a plurality blades of generally V-shape cross-section disposed along an outer surface of the impeller with a plurality of blade grooves defined between the blades, the blade grooves in fluid communication with respective circular groove of the pump casing and casing cover, wherein each of the blades includes a fuel inlet blade portion disposed at an inner area of the blade grooves and a fuel outlet blade portion disposed at an outer area of the blade grooves, with a boundary portion disposed between the fuel inlet blade portion and the fuel outlet blade portion, in which a front surface angle and a rear surface angle of each of the fuel inlet blade portion and the fuel outlet blade portion respectively varies relative to the length of each of the blades.

    摘要: An impeller for fuel pumps of automobiles, which maximizes the amount of fuel discharge of the fuel pumps by controlling the fuel inlet angle and the fuel outlet angle of the blades of the impeller, thus providing high operational pressures of the fuel pumps and improving operational performances of the fuel pumps, is disclosed. The impeller has a disc-shaped body, with a plurality of blades each having an inclined surface and provided around an outer edge of the disc-shaped body while being spaced out at regular intervals, and a plurality of impeller chambers defined between the blades while being vertically formed through the disc-shaped body to allow fuel to flow into and out of the chambers due to a high-speed rotating force of the impeller. The impeller further includes an inlet guide surface provided on each of the blades within a fuel inlet region of each of the impeller chambers, with a first angle defined between a vertical plane of the impeller and the inlet guide surface. The impeller further includes an outlet guide surface provided on each of the blades within a fuel outlet region of each of the impeller chambers, with a second angle defined between the vertical plane of the impeller and the outlet guide surface to be less than the first angle.
